When I got home and inspected it: *No change in smell -- not disinfected *Seats and carpets showed no signs of shampooing *Dirt and scuffs still on interior panels *Sticky residue still inside the center console *Dirt visible under folded rear seats *No protectant or finishing treatment applied The only obvious work was clean glass and a quick exterior shine. But here's what really stood out: I should have known better. The truck was being cleaned in a muddy alley behind the shop, surrounded by puddles and grime. I had to point out fresh mud on the running boards and door jambs. Sergio was still vacuuming the truck bed with an old, worn shop vac when I arrived -- after saying the job had taken all day. Take a moment to look around when you drop off your vehicle. The "detailing area" is in a muddy, dirty alley with standing water and debris. The workspace itself appears minimally equipped. It does not resemble a professional detailing operation. In hindsight, the condition of the shop and alley matched the condition of the interior work: surface-level and incomplete. Many of the positive reviews are several years old. Based on my experience, I would not rely on them. Inspect your vehicle very carefully before paying.

The guy who did our cleaning (Gabriel) was very polite and did a really thorough job. They truly knew us and our cars. They CARED about our cars. Since new management has taken over, everything went down hill. I wanted to love this place after it was sold but I just couldn't. The owner and all of the staff left. The atmosphere of this place is cold and unfriendly. The couple of washes I had since the management change were terrible. Dust and streaks left over, the back window was not even touched. Somehow they washed the whole outside but the window was nasty and dirty. One time they "forgot" to put my weather techs back in the back row of my car. I realized they were missing when I went to put groceries in the back seat after I had left. I immediately called and they said "they forgot". I've never before thought of checking to make sure my weather techs were put back but now I always do. (Could've been a total accident but the whole thing just felt off). I stopped coming here but occasionally will drive by just to see if maybe they've improved. It's very much hit and miss here. The past few times I've tried to come in, they're closed. The hours posted on the website say they're open but they're not. I've tried calling, no one ever answers the call. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2:05pm just to see the closed sign on their door. My mom has come here on a random weekday, same thing. Don't waste your time coming here. You most likely won't even be able to get in. Don't bother calling, they won't answer either!
