The auto insurance company recommended the dealer body shop or finding a body shop myself. I foolishly wondered if they were giving me the best option and after seeing good reviews of Tech Cor, chose to go with them. They were completely inflexible and insisted on their 'pound of flesh' (if you read Shakespeare, Merchant of Venice). At one point, they even told me to go and take it to another body shop. My dismantled minivan with all the parts taken out by them??!! I did not post a review earlier because I was trying to forget how distressing it was dealing with them. Some of the things I remember: There was a tiny dent on one door and they insisted on charging me $50 for it even though the insurance paid them almost $13K for the rest of the damage. This could have easily been suctioned out in a few minutes using their tools but they insisted, "no free work". And guess what, after repairs, my car came back with the dent still in place. When I had to pick up my van, I would have to come in the rental car. How would I take the car back? They insisted they could not pick me up from home and so I had to wait until my wife could come early morning with me so one could drive the rental car and the other drive the van. The sliding doors sometimes get stuck and when I took it to them, their explanation was it was dirt sticking in the doors. To this day, I don't know why I caused myself so much unnecessary grief by ignoring my insurance company's recommendation and going with this business.

I've always had problems trusting mechanics because I don't know enough about cars to verify the work. These guys left me no doubt, they put the original parts that I wanted upgraded back in my box! I received daily updates, and quick answers to my many questions. Learned a lot about my car in the process. The transparency and communication is top notch. The final invoice I received was incredible, so much detail. I was able to read through it and confirm that everything I wanted done was done. I didn't need to read it though, I went to watch my DYNO pulls and the work spoke for itself. Gained 120whp from a remote tuner in germany (they dealt with them for me). It ended up costing me much less than my first estimate even with the extra repairs, tuning & dyno. I feel much better about owning an old Porsche panamera now that I know these guys will help me keep it running.
