They completely exceeded my expectation and gained a long term customer! After getting one issue fixed, a noise from a belt started. My vehicle is 2008 so I figured it was either something else had broken or maybe there was an adjustment that caused the noise and they would reverse the adjustment. Turns out it was a belt that needed replaced - but because they didn't tell me about it during the first service - they went ahead and changed it - no charge. I just don't experience this kind of integrity any more - so impressed!!! I will return!!!! I hope you try them out. read more

They really need to hire more staff, I came in today with my 2 kids ready to get rims & tires installed. Money in my pocket. I was waiting a cool 15minutes for service & after I got a price he just walks away & helps someone else out. I wait another 10 for him to come back, he does & then I get interrupted by someone else AGAIN.... I wait outside for a bit with my 2 kids acting wild & just dipped. I honestly feel bad rating 3 stars because I've had such a good experience before but it is what it is. I'm sure I'll be back some other time & update my review. So I came there two days ago since I had some down time because I wanted to switch-out the standard light bulb color from my headlights to LED lights. Once I arrived, Abe greeted me and I told him what I wanted to get done and he told me it was going to take about an hour since there were a lot of work ahead of me, but he was super thoughtful and told his employees to do my light bulbs first since technically it's a quick job and luckily, that's how it was! I was only there for at most 15 minutes or so. Overall, I was satisfied with the work that was provided; along with the thoughtful and speedy service. He understood exactly what I wanted explained everything in detail and did not try to oversell for what I wanted and needed. AVS Motoring did an amazing job on my Range Rover. Went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and walked out feeling confident that my car was going to look amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was told my Rims would be in on Friday and when they weren't the owner drove all the way to the manufacturer to pick them up so I wouldn't have to wait any longer to have them installed. He was rude, didn't greet me, and dismissed my concerns instead of offering any apology or empathy. He handed me a paper with another new code and quoted labor costs of $160, with no parts even required. Despite their supposed warranty, I've had to return repeatedly. Each time, a new code, a new cost, and dismissive treatment. Randy even remarked that my car is old and implied I should expect ongoing issues. Yet this doesn't excuse poor service. If you need anything and I mean anything this shop can make it happen. The staff are down to earth friendly and know there stuff when it comes to their line of work. Rick is amazing extremely helpful and made me feel much more then another sale, he took care of me like family. I've had 3 systems installed here from an 04toyota-2019nissan. They always used the best equipment at a reasonable price. I had some issues took it in they replaced the cables and solved the problem not charging me for extra labor or trying to hustle me for what ever they could leaving me pockets empty. There are finance options available for most purchases with 90early payoff options. I have sent multiple family members in as well as friends. Never once have i herd a complaint. The service is grade A and if you got any problems they cover there work. They get busy but when you see the quality of the work you'll know why. They lent me a subwoofer well i waited for mine to be delivered how dope is that. Don't take my word for it check em out yourself! Hands down this is one of the best place to get your sound system for your car install. I stop by last week there was a couple of hours wait so I decided to go to another shop big mistake. USA Plus stereo, they hat really low prices so I went ahead and did the work there. There were supposed to install a high to low converter to my stock radio. They burned the manufacture stereo and said that they had nothing to do with that . The customer service here is horrible, if it was possible to give negative stars, that would be my rate.. if you want to get blamed for your car being messed up after they're done sticking their mickey mouse, cheap, snake hands in it, then this is your shop. When I called, I specifically asked whether installation was included in the quoted price, and I was told yes, which is pretty standard at tire shops in the area. When I arrived, I was told my car would be ready around 1:00 PM. I also asked if they could put the new tires on the front and move the existing front tires to the rear. The employee at the counter agreed without mentioning any additional charge. I came back at 1:00 PM, only to find that my car hadn't even been moved yet. They didn't actually start working on it until around 1:30 PM. The biggest issue came when I paid. I was charged an additional $40 for mounting and balancing, despite being told over the phone that it was included. While I was trying to ask about the discrepancy, the employee handling my payment was on the phone and never addressed my question, which felt unprofessional. If the extra charge was actually for rotating the tires, I wish they had told me before agreeing to do it. I would have declined since I can get tire rotations done for free at Costco. If the charge was for mounting and balancing, then the information I was given over the phone was simply incorrect. The tires themselves are fine, but the miscommunication, delayed service, and lack of explanation left a bad impression. Better communication and transparency about pricing would have made this a much better experience.
