He asked some questions about the property and if it was a rental or owned property. Then said it would be over double what the purchased Groupon cost and would not accept the Groupon. He then said this is what we charge for vacant properties and I said this is not a vacant property we are currently renting. He said we are not the company for you and hung up the phone. I would really recommend this company to my family and friends, I first called the service number, I didn't get an answer, but with in minutes I got a call back, letting the gentleman know what was going on and what I needed done, so we set an appointment for a quote. The day before the appointment I received a call from the same gentleman to confirm the appointment, when he showed up, he presented himself and said he was the owner of the company, took a look at the carpet, and he gave me a very fair quote, then inasked if he did air ducts, he said yes and proceeded to check and gave me the quote for that as well with was very reasonable, we agreed for him to get the job done and we set on a date for the job.
