I would really recommend this company to my family and friends, I first called the service number, I didn't get an answer, but with in minutes I got a call back, letting the gentleman know what was going on and what I needed done, so we set an appointment for a quote. The day before the appointment I received a call from the same gentleman to confirm the appointment, when he showed up, he presented himself and said he was the owner of the company, took a look at the carpet, and he gave me a very fair quote, then inasked if he did air ducts, he said yes and proceeded to check and gave me the quote for that as well with was very reasonable, we agreed for him to get the job done and we set on a date for the job. So I called the phone number provided on Groupon 630-429-0088 to make an inquiry about their service coverage radius. The guy I spoke with rudely told me not to buy the deal on Groupon; however, he was going to charge almost double the price that was advertised. Not only that, he insisted on scheduling my carpet cleaning at a date that wouldn't fit my schedule.
