The quality of the work is great, along with great communications, timing, and coordination. His sub-contractors are also timely, kind, and reliable. We said we wanted to be in our house by Christmas and they got us in on 12/20. Handled the permitting processes and everything was approved. Really can't ask for more. This was one of the main reasons I chose them, the majority of the other contractors didn't understand or know the rules or regulations regarding ADU builds in San Jose. David and Shai were very experienced and knowledgeable on the details so it gave me confidence that they could do the job well. I ultimately chose them to the build also because of the value they were offering for the build. I knew I wanted to build as modern as possible but with a reasonable price that wasn't way high. I had many nice finishing's in mind that I knew might cost more but wanted to differentiate mine from all the other run of the mill ADU builds out there. Nadia, the architect gave me a simple and modern design and was always quick to help make any changes along the way before getting the plans approved. Delphine did as much as she could to advise me on the interior finishing but left most main design decisions up to me as I have a particular taste. I would also like to mention Shai for working hard to make sure he could answer all my questions and concerns along the way, he works very hard and is a busy person handling multiple projects. I'm a believer that building faster isn't necessarily better, as I was particular on details along the way to make sure certain things turned out the way I intended. We met with a few different contractors for quotes, some offered slightly cheaper pricing but after speaking with them, we knew Marlon and his team were the right choice. When you're having a project done in your home, trust is everything, and we trust them 100%. Even during heavy rain, they were able to keep working by setting up a tarp tent over the work area, which kept things clean and minimized disruption to our neighbors. This time, we had our whole house painted, our entrance door replaced, and our porch tiled. Once again, they delivered excellent results.
