Spent 3 long hours here. I don't mind waiting when they are busy, but my service was rushed to accommodate others even though I had an appointment. Got a full set acrylic manicure and their pedicure. The lady who did my manicure was nice but the job and the nail polish was runny and terrible the first time she did them because she was rushing. I kindly said that I didn't liked them and she said she would re do them after I get my pedicure . The lady that did my pedicure kept getting annoyed because I kept clarifying what I wanted. She kept saying, "Oh I thought you wanted this" " I thought you said that." When she asked if I liked the color on the first few nails she did I said no because it looks different on the actual nail and if she could get me a white that was not milky/light so that my nail looks fully colored. She then said "well I'm going to use what you bring me" which is fine, but if you're asking if I like something and I say no, then it needs to be fixed! She then got super snappy and short like she was annoyed that she kept being corrected or asked to fix something. Since she got an attitude, she ended up doing a poor job because she just wanted to be done. 3 of my toe nails look terrible, bulky, and 1 is clearly damaged and she didn't fix it. Once the other lady continued to fix my manicure, the firs polish I had on was still noticeable. How does a nail tech miss that?? I felt so rushed and uncomfortable even though I was kind and respectful. They only do a good job with their regulars and rushed with me to take better care of them. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. I was hoping to be a regular here, but after this experience, certainly not. I am so upset that I decided to come here. Not worth the $113. read more

When I arrived for my 9:30 appointment, it was apparent they had overbooked. But with that being said, I only waited 15 to 20 minutes with my feet in lukewarm water before being seen. While my cuticles were being trimmed, I all of a sudden felt immense pain as she attempted to cut my toe. "Owe, that hurts!" I said. She asked, "Do you want me to finish getting this?" Getting what? I wanted her to stop cutting me. This should've been relaxing, not painful. I was flabbergasted. I expected an apology. Of course, there was blood. When I got home, I had to file half my nails because they were slanted. That's also when I found paint was all over my toes. I have been getting my nails done since I was like, 10, and I have been to a number of salons all over the valley. This place, hands down, is my favorite location. I actually live in Tempe, and drive out to them to get my nails done. Everyone who works here is super considerate and kind, and take great care and provide excellent detail to their work. Gel sets seem to last 3-4 weeks, and even when it's been 4 weeks they still are looking strong and holding on! I have been here several times but most recently it was to get my nails done before my wedding. Their service is excellent and their salon is so clean. I usually go for a simple design but I wanted to do something a little "extra" for my wedding. Hannah did a beautiful job with my manicure and pedicure. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and she took it and ran with it. I got my full set done first and i asked for a design and the lady straight up told me no she isnt doing that, i show the other picture i had and ‍ let me just show you what i got instead (the first pic is what i wanted, the 2nd and 3rd is what i got). I unfortunately did not have a great experience, I came here for a 230pm appointment with my friend yesterday and was told, "one of us could be seen right away, the other would have to wait a bit". Not a great way to start out the experience. My friend was taken back after a few seconds of attempting to find a color that we liked. Both of us were in for a gel mani, to start they soaked our gel off which was nice because most places don't do that anymore. Although, I noticed that the foil was old - as if it was being reused. It took about 5 minutes to soak, and after both of us started to get our nails soaked we got separated in seating. The male who did my nails was extremely rude and aggressive. It was obvious that he was in a rush. After my gel was SCRAPED off, I noticed that he pulled out his tools in an already opened sanitary package (that looked like it had seen better days). When buffing my nails, he was squeezing so hard my hands were puffy and was buffing more of my knuckles then nails. He rushed through my polish, which you can tell because my polish doesn't reach my full nail bed, the "massage" he did on my hands was so rough and non-relaxing I was ready to ask for him to stop, lucky for me it only lasted about 10 seconds. I felt like a burden, like I was in the way. Would much rather find another salon, luckily my friend had a better experience but I would NOT return. Would much rather have my nails not done then sit through an uncomfortable and awful experience. read more

This place was horrible. We sat with our feet in the water for 45 minutes is was so cold. No one checked on us the whole time or replaced the cold water with warm water. The girl must be new. I paid for the pedi that you get a massage. She just rubbed lotion on my feet and legs for 30 minutes making me very uncomfortable. Absolutely no pressure or anything. Was not a massage. I asked her to stop because again it made me uncomfortable . I can put lotion on my own feet and legs I paid for a massage. The girl got so much nail polish on my toes that she used so much nail polish remover it dried my skin and turned it white. Nails were poorly done. Even after I pointed out my issues they were not fixed. It didn't seem like they cared about the quality at all.

I regularly have my dip manicure and a regular pedicure done here. I have been very pleased with their service for the past 4 years. The message chairs are very comfy especially when a sugar scrub is included in my pedicure. Recently redecorated in a modern style when the new owner moved in 2 or so years ago. read more

Been going for the last few months. Don is my preferred nail technician. He does great work and they last! I've found my forever place.

Every single staff member who works here is so kind and helpful! During my last visit, I had chosen a dip color that ended up looking nothing like the example. The nail technician I had ended up having to redo the entire process, but she did so with the same amount of precision despite the inconvenience. The most recent visit I had was great as well! The spa is so beautiful and nicely decorated. I had Hannah do my dip nails this time, and she was really sweet and friendly. I definitely recommend her -- but all of them are wonderful! read more

They attempted to do a design which did not look nice so I asked just to do a different color on my whole nail. They did not even take all the polish off before painting over it so now my coral colored nails have hints of neon orange around them. The shapes are uneven and inconsistent and I am extremely unhappy. Immediately after I went to a different nail salon in town to fix them. read more

This place is such a hit or miss. The first time I went in I got a basic pedicure and it was fantastic. She took her time, rubbed my feet for what felt like forever yet still got me out in reasonable time. Today My pedicure was nice, but the chick that did my gel manicure seemed like she just wanted to get rid of me. Rushed through my manicure, only did two coats(my fault for not asking but come on), and rubbed a TON of lotion on my hands and said "okay all done" and it wasn't rubbed in all of the way. What happened to the hot towel at the end of a manicure? All in all, I won't return. Why is it so hard to find a decent nail salon with consistency? read more

I've been coming here for almost a year. I get pedicures from Hannah and she is excellent. I have also done gel nails occasionally. The spa is clean, bright and the hours fit my schedule. I always make an appointment and I strongly recommend that since they can be busy and you may have to wait awhile before being taken. Lin, the owner, is very customer service oriented. After observing her in action at the spa, I consider her a true businesswoman. I can say I always have a great experience here and will keep returning to Hannah. read more

Got a classic manicure and the gentleman that did my nails did not spend any time or effort on my nails. I got only a clear coat and at the end my nails were still jagged at the corners and there are still bits of cuticle around my nails. Gentleman also proceeded to pull out his phone in the middle of doing my nails and was constantly looking at it for the remainder of the appointment. Had to go home and fix my nails. They're either on or off. Today was definitely off and lately there's been more offs than on's. My last time there. Hannah is the best in the shop and she stays so busy it's impossible to get her. They've had a big increase in their prices, yet the quality of a pedicure isn't better and their polish selection is sparse. Today they tried to charge me more than I signed up for because their sticker had fallen off that was covering their new prices. Not my problem and I refused to pay. They gave me a handout with their services and I made my selection based on their price list. $55 (which has gone up to $58) and a tip for a pedi...nope, not again. When I first started going there they were $43 and that was pricey. The young woman who did my pedi cut my toe while trimming the cuticle and although she put alcohol on the cut, it continued to burn the entire duration of the pedicure. Her lackluster leg massage left a lot to be desired. I recently tried another salon on Ray Rd and for $25, got an excellent hot stone massage, callouses removed, cuticles clipped, nice polish. Desert Foothills is nearer....but the other salon now has my business. I pay more than double for the same treatments and can tell no difference between the two. read more
