OUTSTANDING as always and again HIGHLY recommended! We had Damian clean the windows in our previous house a few years ago. We have since moved and it was way past due for the windows and solar panels in our newer house to be cleaned. His business is much more in demand and deservedly so! We booked the soonest we could which was a month out, but it was definitely worth the wait. Our windows and solar panels (which he took before and after pics for us) look AMAZING! You really get the high award-winning quality and service that you pay for. GREAT attention to fine detail- windows are all immaculate, tracks cleaned out, and everything was spotless. Damian now has a crew with him (no longer a 1-man job!)- he and his crew are all first rate and A+. I wanted to tip him a little more, but unfortunately we didn't budget properly so I'm instead writing this review (which I don't really do much anymore). The windows and screens in our 5-year old house were much dirtier than expected, which now in retrospect makes sense since it's the first time they've ever been cleaned and there have been several tons of new houses built around us in the past 5 years kicking up a lot of dust. We definitely now intend to have our windows cleaned professionally more regularly and will work window cleaning into our annual expense budget. Use this company and don't even waste your time with others getting bids and other nonsense. This is my second time using them in a span of a few years. This is coming from an OCD, ADHD Perfectionist. They came and finished the exterior in less than three hours. My house is a big piece of glass, so I am impressed. This is after I had to reschedule twice due to the rain this week, so today is the third appointment with me they accommodated. They worked with me so professionally to accommodate me in every way. I was having my window screens replaced and the gentlemen who I was working with (Albert - owner of Screenworks) and asked for a recommendation on a window cleaning company. Albert recommended Damian and team. I called Damian and they were able to come out the next day (becasue of a cancellation). It was time, well, way past time, to get my windows cleaned so after a little Yelp research I contacted Award Window Cleaning for a Saturday cleaning. Damion and his colleague AJ came to my house to clean my filthy 17 windows and two sliders and did a great job. In the seven years I have owned this house it has never been so bright in here! I haven't had our windows professionally cleaned in 10 years, and omg did these guys do a great job! Screens, tracks, inside and out with a crew of four polite, cute, dog-friendly guys. Aaron and crew were so accommodating: they moved furniture inside and plants outside as part of their normal charge. They did my skylight for an additional $10, and I paid extra to power wash the courtyard tiles and stucco in back. You know when your windows are in need of a cleaning when your husband notices the dust and spiderwebs that have taken over our once clean windows and mentions we should probably get them cleaned! Seriously - and he doesn't notice ANYTHING. EVER. Sure, it works out for me some of the time, I'm not gonna lie, but when something needs to be cleaned - it's great for him to notice and then even take care of it himself!! Woohoo!! *** Ok, back to my review..... These guys are great - are very careful with moving around your house and pulling out all the screens, dusting all the ledges around the super high windows. They even washed the mirrors so the puppy-nose smudges are gonzo! I highly recommend. Super easy to schedule - good availability to schedule the appt quickly (because let's be honest, we all wait until to get the windows cleaned until it's really driving us nuts and should have been done over a month ago). I'm guessing we'll be calling them in another 10 months or so to come back... we won't hire any one else. read more

These guys are awesome! We had decided to wait until the constant construction around our house was done before bothering to have our windows done. Needless to say, after 8 years of our neighbors building, they were filthy inside and out. Damien called me back right away then came by and offered a reasonable bid to do the whole two-story house, including big the glass panels around our deck and three skylights. He came back a few days later with his crew and they spent about 3 1/2 hours scrubbing everything including the screens, tracks and trim. I never imagined it was possible to get these windows so clean. For a minute I thought some of our screens were missing until I realized I was looking right through them! These guys were prompt, polite, respectful of our home and thorough. Damion and Award Window Cleaning is the BEST!!!! I called at the last minute in a panic wanting to get an entire home's windows sparkling for a professional photoshoot 2 days later. Damion came highly recommended and he absolutely lived up to the recommendation. I called him because I knew I wanted at least two three story windows cleaned ASAP. There were huge spider webs and paint drips left over from the last time the painters were on site. He calmly confirmed my appointment the day before as well as the exact arrival time the morning of and it was all perfect. They didn't just wash the windows. They scraped paint over-spray from the exterior of the windows and kept rewashing that window until it was clean. The lower channel that loves to collect dust and grime is as clean as its been in years. I was charged $125 for all the windows in a 1000 sqft condo. They just got done with the following services for us: power wash stucco, clean rain gutters, power wash patio, and clean windows/screens. They took care to pick up the patio furniture instead of drag it across the concrete. The windows and screens are spotless. All of the guys were polite and personable which I really liked. Their price was substantially lower than two other quotes I received so I was a little apprehensive at first. I had read many positive customer reviews and met with Damion for the initial quote. I've used professional window cleaning services in the past on several other properties so I'd say I have a good idea of what to expect from a provider and I feel like I know what an constitutes an A+ window service. My normal provider for window cleaning services was booked up for months and so I had to go looking for another company that could get our job done before we have guests arrive next week. I originally contacted Damion at Award Window Cleaning and emailed him some pictures of the potential job. He emailed me back that evening and scheduled to meet me the following day. After estimating the job he sent me an estimate in writing. We scheduled a date for the job the following week. When they showed up they were on time. In fact I was late meeting them at the property and they had already started on the outside. His crew of 3 were courteous and fast. I noticed that they took their shoes off when inside on the carpet. Not a big deal to me, but I know many would appreciate such thoughtfulness. As they were finishing up the job, I went around to check everything out and honestly it was perfect. Every track had been cleaned out, every screen had been removed and washed, and all the windows were streak and spot free. We have quite a few windows, so I found it hard to believe that I couldn't find one imperfection but that's the fact of the matter. It's obvious that this is their profession and all of the guys take it seriously. This review is way over due. These guys have been doing my windows for about two years. Sometimes I have them do interior and exterior other times exterior only. I can't say enough great things about them. I've worked with Aaron mostly but today Damien showed up with a crew of six, I think!. It was hard to count them all. LOL. I can't say enough good things about Award Window Cleaning! Back in July, I used another service to clean my windows. Not only were my windows not cleaned properly, but they were dirtier than before and it looked like they had scratched my windows with razors. I was getting ready to head out of town, and in a state of panic I found Award Window Cleaning on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I'm sorry, I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but when I called he was super polite and told me that even though they were booked the next day (which is when we were getting ready to leave) he'd try to stop by and take a look to see what they could do and give me a quote. Not only did the guys show up the next day and give me a quote, but they were able to clean all of our windows, rails, and screens to perfection, and just in time for us to leave for the airport!!! Our windows have never looked so clean and I could not be happier! I was especially grateful that they were able to do it all on such short notice, as I literally would have lost sleep thinking that the my windows had been scratched and would have to be replaced because of the other provider I used.
