I can't say enough good things about Award Window Cleaning! Back in July, I used another service to clean my windows. Not only were my windows not cleaned properly, but they were dirtier than before and it looked like they had scratched my windows with razors. I was getting ready to head out of town, and in a state of panic I found Award Window Cleaning on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I'm sorry, I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but when I called he was super polite and told me that even though they were booked the next day (which is when we were getting ready to leave) he'd try to stop by and take a look to see what they could do and give me a quote. Not only did the guys show up the next day and give me a quote, but they were able to clean all of our windows, rails, and screens to perfection, and just in time for us to leave for the airport!!! I was especially grateful that they were able to do it all on such short notice, as I literally would have lost sleep thinking that the my windows had been scratched and would have to be replaced because of the other provider I used. I own a rental in San Marcos and the windows hadn't been cleaned for 3 years.I was on a tight schedule getting the home ready for the new tenants and Damion fit me in a timely fashion and did an absolutely fantastic job! He scrubbed every window, not just with a squeege but with steel wool and he vacuumed and put an oil solvent in the tracks and cleaned them out. Damion and the guys were out today to power wash my house and clean the windows inside and out. I forgot to mention that the gutters needed cleaning when he came out to give me an estimate so he looked them over and added that service to the other work. They did a fantastic job at a very fair price. I like the extra attention they paid to the window and slider tracks, inside and out. The windows and screens look amazing and the power wash makes the house look freshly painted. He had to go into my neighbor's yard to wash one side of my house and he was very careful and they cleaned up when they were done. The neighbor was impressed. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Aaron today. He not only did a fantastic job cleaning my windows, but his price was more than fair. In addition, he underestimated the number of windows, but still gave me the original price. There aren't too many people out there who are that honest. He brought a crew with him to the house and spent an hour and a half on my windows, cleaning the screens and the runners as well as the glass. Also, I had scheduled a time and needed to move it up, but he was more than willing to accommodate me and was exactly on time.
