100% was not expecting such an amazing cidery in Benton, PA! We arrived right when they opened and…read morehad the place to ourselves for a short while. The cidery is a converted barn and is decorated super cute inside. There's plenty of seating both inside and outside with lots of heat lamps! Since the barn doors are open, even sitting inside you get to enjoy the fresh air. They offer so many cider flavors! I recommend the flight so you can try a little bit of everything and then go back for seconds on your favorite/s! It's hard to pick my favorite flavor but if I had to, I'd say either the ginger or blueberry! You also get a small bag of pretzels with your cider flight and they allow you to bring in your own snacks as well. Super friendly staff, delicious and unique cider flavors, cozy and cute seating arrangement..what's there not to love! Absolutely check this place out :)

Great place to visit! We went yesterday and enjoyed some cider flights. We had three in total…read morebetween three of us. They each come with a bag of pretzels. Also, due to the current PA guidelines you're required to buy half of a slice of pizza for $1, which was tasty. They're ciders are more on the dry side and most are very boozy, if you know what I mean. I prefer things to be more on the dry side than overly sweet. The women working were friendly and there was ample seating outside. We'd go back if/when in that area.

Super cute spot with lots of unique cider options and great cornbread/desserts!…read more We tried the Funkhouse, Sparkling Cab Franc, Fruit of the Bloom, and Persici (in order from dry to sweet). My favorites were the Fruit of the Bloom which is infused with ginger as well as the Funkhouse. I liked how crisp the funkhouse was and I loved the ginger note in fruit of the bloom. The others were okyay too, persici was very sweet but paired nicely with the ginger hazelnut baklava which was incredible! I am allergic to pistachios, so I loved that I could eat their baklava! We also tried the cornbread with strawberry and jalapeno butter- absolutely incredible. I am from the south and have had a lot of cornbread but this truly stands out. It came out warm with a slight crunch from the crust while maintaining the perfect crumb inside. Just crumbly enough and not too try! I also really enjoyed the jalapeno and strawberry butters- you can tell they use high quality butter, they almost reminded me of goat cheese. I preferred the jalapeno butter a tad more but both were great! The exterior is beautiful- the views are very nice. I would highly recommend coming on a warm day and sitting outside. We initially sat on the balcony but moved due to the bees. The tables underneath the white tent were shaded and bee-free. Service was pretty quick- our ciders came out almost immediately. We had to wait ~10-15 minutes for the cornbread though, but I didn't mind especially given it was warm! Overall, I would highly recommend!

Rustic, somewhat isolated house solidly built. It's excellent for souvenirs (jams, butter,…read morespirits, and of course, cider). Prices aren't the best, but considering everything is made in-house, I'd say you're getting decent value. Houses about 25 people for seating comfortably. I'd suggest trying a flight (4 samples) of cider. Can't go wrong with anything but we went with the sweet cider flight. We ordered the pulled pork, choripan, soup, turkey pesto melt, and farmers salad, along with an immunity (ginger) cocktail. We liked the soup, melt and pulled pork, but would pass on the choripan and farmers salad, esp since all meals came with the same salad anyway. While I don't think you should go here just for the food, it's nice to grab some cider before heading off on a hike and enjoying the natural scenery.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and fun. The cidery and winery are on the same property and only a 1 to 2 minute walk apart from each other. You get to choose five drinks to sample among their list of over 15. We wound up purchasing a few bottles because they were just so good.

The traditional honey mead had a beautiful, light honey flavor with a little alcoholic kick. I might not drink this straight, but I could think of many ways to blend that beautiful honey flavor into drinks. Then we tried the mead blended into fruit wine. I liked the raspberry blend but blueberry was my favorite. The very clear taste of the fruit was beautiful with the honey notes and you knew it wasn't just a juice drink..the alcohol was there as well. The ciders were a nice surprise taste wise. I'm not a big cider fan, but when I tasted the gold medal winning Strawberry and crisp apple cider it was a win for me. The single fruit choices of all these were selections were wonderful.... sometimes the blending of different fruits leaves to confused tastes for me. Our bartender was very nice and friendly and helpful. It also has a winery Torrey Ridge in the same facility.
