It was recently renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone assumed that we'd be getting married in a barn when we said we'd picked a venue in NH, but it is modern, chic and needs very little in terms of decorations. They have all inclusive packages that take the stress off your plate because you don't have to worry about all the little details or coordinating all of your vendors (especially important if you're out of state). They have set planning meetings throughout your pre-wedding timeline and it's awesome because you stay on track and organized. Megan - She's amazing! She walked through all the details in our check in calls. Kept us on track and when we were getting close to the wedding we had barely any to-do's left. I was able to get everything done with her help and she was so sweet and kind throughout the entire process. It was an absolute pleasure working with her!! Every single thing we could think of, she took care of. To make sure we ate our meal and had some time at the sweet heart table, Janet and Carly personally brought out of dinner plates, put our napkins on our laps and brought us cocktails so we could relax and enjoy! Our wedding planning was plagued…read morewith constantly changing COVID regulations and I was full of anxiety about how our big day would go. Allison and Sarah could not have been more comforting and proactive. Over email, phone, and video call, they put my mind at ease and I felt so prepared the day of my wedding, no matter what restrictions were in place. Allison could not have done a better job the day of. She built a great rapport with my family, bridal party, and the venue's event manager to ensure the day ran smoothly. She knew the schedule and set up like the back of her hand. When the timing of certain day-of activities changed last minute, she made sure to let me know of the changes and the night went on without issue. If it were not for COVID and my anxieties around how it would affect our wedding I likely would not have looked for an outside coordinator- our venue did provide one that began to work closely with us (and Allison) in the month or so before the wedding and I truly believe she would have done a comparable job in the day-of execution. But it's the long term commitment to the planning process that makes Without a Hitch special. And while our venue did not host many weddings during COVID, Without a Hitch planned so many, and had the experience and suggestions that made the wedding feel as normal as it possibly could. I's been 30 years since my first wedding and LOTS has changed.  I started to become a bit overwhelmed with the details and thankfully I found Rachel at Freya's wedding & event planning.   She literally had the answers before I had the question.  She thought of every last detail and then some.  I loved all her ideas and suggestions. I decided that I wanted silk flowers and she dragged me to the store to choose my colors, and so happy that I did, there are so many different purples out there! The day of my wedding turned out to be chilly and rainy and actually very beautiful.  We got married at my husbands family camp right on the dock, one our favorite places.  Rachel and her assistant Shannon decorated so beautifully.  I can still feel tears coming to my eyes now thinking about walking down to the dock with my boys and seeing my husband there waiting for me.
