These two men were unable to shake a woman's hand. When I walked in to pick up and pay for my order they both eagerly shook my husbands hand and turned to me in offended confusion when I attempted to shake their hands. I'm not sure which country they are from but it is one where women apparently should not be touched. I'm curious why that is... Sinful? Unclean? Against religion? I had to call them three times to get them to send my invoice so that I would know what price to expect when I arrived to pay. They would not take me or my order seriously. They also seemed surprised that I was the one paying, not my husband. The image quality is muddy and does not look as bright as my originals. The template they offer on line that I worked with to format the images is misleading. When the graphic designer, himself started working on their own template- he got confused about the layout dimensions and had to redo the work. Since these two men apparently only wish to do business with half the country, I will not be bringing my many other projects to them. I would rather work with people who consider me an equal in society- who can shake my hand and accept my money without discomfort. I can not say I wish them or their business well, but I do hope they find a way to come to terms with their very confused and unfortunate notions of male/female roles in modern day American society. I hope they can evolve and mature into this century. If you are a woman, I'd find somewhere else to do business. If you are a man who respects women, I'd ask you to to do us all a favor and find more open-minded people to work with. read more

I first discovered Axiom when I was working at my first job. With the constant complaints and changes my boss had me convey to Axiom, I thought Axiom would get tired with the company I was working with. But they didn't and were actually very patient and professional. When we didn't like something, they would reprint for us for no charge. Now that I am no longer working with my old company, I went back to them for personal printing. Because I paint digitally and made prints of them, I needed the colors and quality to be perfect. I mainly print 11x17 in and 24x36in posters from Axiom. From time to time the colors would be off or it would be too dark. But that happens at every printing place and is understandable. They allowed me to come into their office for me to see them print samples until the colors or lighting was correct. They also don't charge to cut off the bleeds. I WOULD take out one star mainly because twice when I came to pick up my prints they had forgotten to print some of the images and I had to wait an extra 60 mins. Just would be nice if they made sure everything was printed before telling me that it was ready for pick up. And also one time I had specifically indicated in my email that the files I provided had bleeds on them and to make sure that that was cut off; they didn't cut them off. Mainly if they had just read my emails carefully these mistakes wouldn't have happened. I told them about this and they were very understanding so I gave them back a star lol Overall, great quality prints. I have yet tapped into their other offers but I know they can print any size posters with guaranteed LOWER PRICES than their competitors, they can print on fabric posters, they can make booklets, vinyl stickers, plastic business cards etc. Easy people to work with and no matter what will try to understand your needs. I had a very confusing acrylic banner I needed to print for a TV show shoot, big and frosted with a tough logo. I needed it done in 24 hours and it had to be done right the first time. I went to Axiom for my custom graphics while I was in grad school for architecture (SCI-Arc). The items ordered were (6x) 20"x36"transparent sticky back sheets with custom graphics. Great staff and quick turnaround. I believe Gary was the person helping me. I emailed my custom design and received a response/quote the next day. Moreover, they completed my project in three/four days as quoted. As an architect, my mind is on many other things and the people at Axiom helped make my project delivery seamless when it came time to request their service. I worked with these guys once and they did quality printing. My second attempt i walk in to get a quote for another item, and the guy that initially helped me wasn't available to help me cuz he was outside on the phone. i waited 15 mins then told someone to ask if he can come help me, they went told him and i waited 10 more mins he didn't come thru to help. The receptionist saw and knew what i was waiting for and no one wanted to approach and help. So i decided to email them for a quote, they got back to me the same day later tho and gave me a quote. I asked for adjustments and no one has contacted me for the last 3 days. Quality is good, customer service sucks. so this why i am giving them 3 stars. They need to be on top of customers that walk in. Im building a big brand and thought they were good, but i will be taking my business somewhere else. Reading all the great reviews, I decided to go with this company to print two sets of business cards. Prior to making the order, I phoned in to ensure the business cards would be ready for pickup by Friday (1/09/2015). They assured me that it would be ready with plenty of time to spare. When I go to pick up my order, they were only able to find ONE set of business cards. After waiting there for quite a long time while they try to locate the other set of business cards, they eventually said they couldn't find it. I believe it was never printed in the first place, but who knows. Totally unprofessional. After leaving their place with only one set of business cards, they called me about an hour later. They wanted to "make it right" by printing another set for me. They claim they would use a lesser quality business card, but they would be able to print a hundred for me. Since I was desperately in need of business cards that were suppose to have been ready, I agreed to it. They told me they would print out my original order in a few days and ship it to me. It's been almost a week and I have not yet received my original order which has been prepaid fully. Horrible experience, I would never order from them again. read more

Prompt to help get me a quote and answer questions, but once I agreed to the cost I sent over my files and did not hear back for several days. Sent an email to check up and was told they were very busy and a one of the design team would get back to me in a few hours. Never did! Mailed them again after a week to ask what the heck was up... are they busy or on vacation or what? No reply this time. I was all set to order too, plus about 10 other jobs right after for my business. My friends company uses these guys because they are cheap so I was looking forward to working with them, pity the customer service staff just VANISHED. If you are busy at least get my files, let me pay you, and give me a pickup date so I can focus on other things, you know? Went to another print place down the road finally and got my job done. just very annoyed I sat around 2 weeks waiting for a reply to give them my money only to be forgotten about.
