Reading all the great reviews, I decided to go with this company to print two sets of business cards. Prior to making the order, I phoned in to ensure the business cards would be ready for pickup by Friday (1/09/2015). They assured me that it would be ready with plenty of time to spare. When I go to pick up my order, they were only able to find ONE set of business cards. After waiting there for quite a long time while they try to locate the other set of business cards, they eventually said they couldn't find it. I believe it was never printed in the first place, but who knows. Totally unprofessional. After leaving their place with only one set of business cards, they called me about an hour later. They wanted to "make it right" by printing another set for me. They claim they would use a lesser quality business card, but they would be able to print a hundred for me. Since I was desperately in need of business cards that were suppose to have been ready, I agreed to it. They told me they would print out my original order in a few days and ship it to me. It's been almost a week and I have not yet received my original order which has been prepaid fully. Horrible experience, I would never order from them again. read more

Prompt to help get me a quote and answer questions, but once I agreed to the cost I sent over my files and did not hear back for several days. Sent an email to check up and was told they were very busy and a one of the design team would get back to me in a few hours. Never did! Mailed them again after a week to ask what the heck was up... are they busy or on vacation or what? No reply this time. I was all set to order too, plus about 10 other jobs right after for my business. My friends company uses these guys because they are cheap so I was looking forward to working with them, pity the customer service staff just VANISHED. If you are busy at least get my files, let me pay you, and give me a pickup date so I can focus on other things, you know? Went to another print place down the road finally and got my job done. just very annoyed I sat around 2 weeks waiting for a reply to give them my money only to be forgotten about. I needed a banner ASAP for an event the next day. After calling around to a few places, most were pretty hesitant to take on this type of rush order and those who were willing wanted to charge a huge fee. Axiom answered my questions via phone and email promptly and professionally. I was told to go ahead and email them my design and within 15 min, design was approved and estimate sent. Thirty minutes later, I received an estimated completion time with instructions. Banner was scheduled to be ready for pick up at 6:30 same day. It was done before 6pm! As a creative person with a background in design running a newly-formed marketing department, my first goal was to find a printer. I contacted several printers that I found on Yelp, and decided to give Axiom a try. All I can say is that Axiom (and Gary who runs Axiom) is phenomenal- great service, constant communication, and very competitive prices. The sales force was very impressed with the quality of the printing and the turnaround time, which made my job a lot easier. In fact, we compared the printing quality of Axiom's pieces to the printing quality of another printer who was hired by a freelance designer, and the color matching and level of detail surpassed that of the other printer. I've recently left the company due to an acquisition, but for my next marketing adventure, should the company require a printer, I plan to go to Axiom first and continue the business relationship with Gary. Where do I start? The quality of your experience lies solely on the person that looks over your project. I contacted this company with hopes of getting some quality business cards. I used them before so I was hoping I would get the same quick quality service. Unfortunately I got Issa that was in charge of my account. It started off well but went downhill after I met with him in person. The communication was not up to par. I was literally sending emails containing information and I would not get a response and when I send follow up emails he acted like he never got the information. I don't know if he just had poor email management or what. I even expressed how I'm in a time crunch. When the graphic designer got involved it seemed like a bit of a disconnect because the things I told Issa was not relayed to her and the versions they were sending me caused more of a delay. When I finally approved the design there was no action. I sent a follow up email and still nothing. Time is ticking. I finally decided to call and Issa tells me he is waiting for me to figure out what I want to do. #Facepalm. Aug 10, after telling him again I do not want spot uv anymore because the process would take too long and I don't have enough time because my event was Aug 12. He said ok he will put in the order and they can be ready Aug 11 and he will even try to get them done Aug 10 and he will call and let me know. No call, now Aug 11 is here, I call and Issa is off but the production team is in. Roun ask for an invoice number, I told him I never got one. Turns out my order was NEVER submitted for production! If I didn't call I would have been screwed for my event. Luckily Roun was able to come through in the clutch! He is the only reason I added a star to my overall review even though I couldn't get the spot uv cards I initially wanted. I don't want to be unfair and say the whole company is like this but my experience with Issa running my project was horrible. read more

I would HIGHLY recommend Axiom Designs & Printing. My Grandson graduated from high school Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, due to the Covid virus, it was the normal graduation ceremony we all anticipated for so long. Elvis was great very helpful in my opinion. Sadly I will not be returning. I am very busy & I admit my faults with not replying fast & not checking the product right away as I have a full time job as well. I finally got to check the product & my god was it done very poorly. I was so excited to have found this place as Elvis was kind & very helpful. Luciana cuts you off on the phone but I dismissed it. Once I finished checking all the notepads I ordered I noticed all of them had a line across the top. Some were dirty, others had color missing. & the glue was a mess. I messaged Luciana since she was the person to call me on the phone previously. I added images to let her know of the issue. What was really off putting was that she completely blamed it on shipping. I'm sorry but you're really going to put the blame on the shipping? Does someone else package the items is that wayou mean by shipping or are you really blaming the shipping company!? Per Luciana's email "I spoke with production, regarding the issue, and when they did the quality check, everything was fine, so I guess it happened during the shipping." Mind you, such things I can tell it wasn't due to shipping, you see shipping wouldn't mess up the glue at the top nor would they manage to put a line on 50 notepads. She also stated that she checked with production & they did qualify check, everything was fine. Maybe hire someone for quality check for they failed to do so or just thought it would be okay to send out & idk why anyone would. She did apologize but followed it by " If all the notepads are with lines or dirty, please send us back and we will reprint and ship with FedEx." IF ALL, really IF ALL? I would never tell a customer IF ALL is not okay with your order then send it back. So IF only partial is damaged then I cannot send them back? did I only pay partial of the order ? I'm sorry I'm baffled by the lack of professionalism. Also, I was NOT offered a shipping label to the return until I replied stating I didn't think it was due to shipping, could be wrong (giving benefit of the doubt). I also said I can provide more pics & attached another of the glue. Some appeared just torn. I told Luciana I can ship them however the issue I saw was that I would have to pay for shipping. I also let her know I wanted to try this place for a bigger order but glad I only did those 50 notepads. Now imagine if I would've placed hundreds? I was then offered the shipping label and asked if both colors had issues. I chose to not reply because I didn't like the lack of accountability. I get it things happen but don't blame someone else for it. You can easily own up to it. Had I not addressed the fact that I would have to pay shipping had you offered me the shipping label ? I appreciate Luciana stating they can reprint & ship with fedex, but come on!! read more

I had a networking event to attend last night, so I woke up yesterday morning with an immediate need for business cards. I looked up Axiom and gave them a call. They assigned Roun as my account manager and at 10:00am we were on the phone discussing what I needed to make the business cards happen. A vector file. I had no idea what a vector file was but thankfully .pdf is one. I designed a quick, simple business card and sent it to Roun. Then I threw him a curve ball requesting that the paper be a matte pink. But not just any pink, I wanted light, almost imperceptible pink. Like a fairy-sneezed-on-this pink. A whisper of pink, if you will. He sent the request to Cesar, the designer, who sent me a proof of the business card that was absolutely perfect. Once I gave the go head and there was no turning back, Cesar emailed me to let me know the cards would be available at 5:30pm, which was good because the event started at 7:00. I arrived at the Axiom offices a bit before 5:30pm and the business cards were ready. The receptionist thought the pink was really cool and, guys, I don't think she was just saying that to make me feel good. The people at Axiom were very communicative, supportive, amazingly fast, and produced the business card exactly as I requested. If there was a way to give 6 Stars, I would for Axiom Designs and specifically GARY. It's late on a Sunday afternoon about 4ish I call him and ask for a banner by Monday morning. I give him 2 or 3 edits and he rolls with the punches and still produces the best quality PROOF back within an hour , sent invoice, and then added Pole Pockets (after initially I wanted grommets) so it was entirely a PROFESSIONAL, quick turnaround experience and I'll bring all my banner business to him. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has recently hired very incompetent employees, and/or the quality has significantly shifted! I used to work with them and trust their ability to get the job done right. But that is no longer the case. Taurris helped me, he got my entire print job wrong. And to make it worse, never responded back to my designer who was trying to discuss the technical aspects of the job, to mitigate any mistakes. After the job was done incorrectly, they refuse to take ownership. To make matters EVEN WORSE, the owner Dave agreed to give me a refund. When I followed up, he just had his incompetent employee respond back with a 10% discount. Blatant lies. There are many other print companies to use that are way less hassle, especially if you are on a tight deadline and you need accuracy. Look elsewhere! read more

They keep making mistakes and not taking the fault. They charge very pricy compared to many companies I used but it's close to my work so I tried using them couple of times and never again. These folks are great! I had a rush printing job that included holographic rainbow foil detail, and they pulled it off within just a few days. If you know anything about printing with foil, you know that you cannot do it with such a quick turnover. They kept me posted on every steep and they delivered my order to me. There was one printing issue so minuscule I didn't even notice it at first. That is the only reason why this is not a 5 star review, however it really should be.
