Honestly one of the worst dental experiences I have ever had. Staff is very friendly and nice.however I had to have some major cavity work done and I was left sore and swollen and with a filling that was too high. I am still in pain to this day and food gets caught in it all the time. Dr. aye has an extremely thick accent so I truly did not understand a word he said. I was also upset because he seemed to want to refuse to bill or send a prior authorization to my health insurance (medi-cal) to get an extraction done on a tooth I needed to be pulled. I also waited over a month for the receptionist to send a prior authorization to my insurance to get more cavities filled and she never sent it. I'm was extremely disappointed and refused to go back!!!! I already dislike the dentist and this left a bad taste in my mouth. How can I fix my teeth if the dentist refuses to communicate with my insurance? So unprofessional. He obviously does not care about patients only money. Don't go here. read more

Hopefully Mr Aye reads this review. I'm am highly disappointed in the care that was done. I've had extensive work done a few years back. We are in 2022. Even tooth Aye touch for root canals are failing. I will need implants to correct the issues. I seriously trusted Aye and spent thousands with him. Listen if you don't know what your doing stop and get the knowledge. Teeth are expensive now all the work he did needs to be corrected. I'm genuinely hurt. I contacted Aye back in 2020 to let him know a instrument was left behind in my gums when he did a root canal and his staff as well as AYE ghosted me. I recently came in to get a check up, prior to which I had not had insurance but visited another dentist only a few months earlier. The other dentist (which doesn't take my new insurance, hence the change) told me I have cavities and very bad wisdom teeth. So during my appointment, I told them everything I knew and they proceeded with the exam. Well, long story short they ended up taking my wisdom teeth out right then and there, without putting me to sleep. This was not ideal, but honestly it went alright. Dr. Aye was nice and professional, as well as the rest of the staff in the office. My recovery from the surgery has been pretty easy, with no major complications or anything. However, in hind-sight I have some concerns about the way things went. 1) I was told I do not have cavities.... and I know I am not a dentist but I can actually physically see holes in the bottom tooth the original dentist told me needed to be filled. The rest are on the top, so it's not easy to see but with a mirror I can also see those. I am concerned that the dentist just ignored the cavities? Because if I can see them with an untrained eye, I'm sure a professional would be able to see them as well? I wanna give the benefit on the doubt, but if they were ignored just because he didn't wanna deal with them... and then verbally told me that I didn't have any? What was he gonna do, wait until I get an abscess? 2) I have Medi-Cal, but was still told my wisdom teeth surgery would not be covered, even though they were extremely impacted and an obvious medical necessity. Now I'm stuck paying them like $900 when I'm pretty sure I should have had that covered in the first place. 3) when I came back to get the stitches taken out after the surgery, dr accidentally stabbed me in the lip with his little scissors on the way into my mouth. And here's there thing, he didn't break skin, there was no blood, BUT it hurt and I flinched in respond. And he just ignored it and kept working. Overall, they took out my wisdom teeth and that went okay. Again, not ideal that I was awake, but whatever it was okay. I do not think I will be returning for any other treatment though UPDATE: I spoke with my insurance company and it was completely wrong for them to charge me instead of my insurance. Thankfully, I got out of paying but if I wasn't smart enough to talk to my insurance company, Aye would have completely successfully scammed me. I'm so disappointed. Don't come here read more

Dr Aye's staff was really helpful and also the manager Anna. She walked me through my veteran benifits that i never knew. And paid for everything. I'm a Veteran that has alot of anxiety and Dr. Aye made it go away. He was very patient and especially Dr Aye and Anna helped with me with the financial part. Dr. Aye, Anna, and staff are very helpful, patient, and informative. I was a little nervous going at first. Dr. made me feel comfortable right away. During my procedure I started feeling nervous again at the sound of the drilling. I felt no pain, but the Dr noticed I was nervous and right away offered me ear plugs and put on my favorite Netflix movie, "Bring It On", to distract me from the sound. I came in the following week after to get the rest of my teeth fixed and right away all my nerves were gone upon entering the office. I felt comfortable being in Dr. Aye and staff's care. I think they were trying to affect my credit,be aware of their tactics. I had to call loan company and waited on hold so that they contact dental office and verify balance. So it went good at first work was great... But then communicating got worse and customer service out the window... One time i went to get a crown he did all the drilling and wouldn't put the crown on till i went to the bank and got the deductable. They scheduled me for this last appt. And when i called they didn't have me down in the books which is after they had cancelled on me twice in a row for "emergency surgeries" which i took as retaliation for having to cancel due to traffic. Then on top of that fail to inform me prior to my arrival that I had a mysterious out of pocket fee... So i sat in half an hour of traffic for no reason!! Thank you read more
