I AM JUST SOOOO GRATEFUL WITH GREAT DENTAL GROUP! Once I walked in, Nora greeted me and helped me made sure I had all proper forms filled out. I was in so much pain as I need it a Root Canal done. I was sent home with proper medication and Nora again, communicated to me how I would I can be seen quicker and also, provided me with a sooner appointment. I was seen by Dr. Hanna and Elena (assistant)! I got to say I was treated with so much care and lots, lots of patience, as my teeth are very sensible. Dr. Hanna made sure I was ready for the Root Canal process and Elena, they were both so kind and answered all my questions. Left home happy and feeling much, much better. I am thankful and grateful for Nora ( that helped me through the process. Dr. Hanna and Elena for making me feel soooo much better! If I could leave no stars I would the worst orthodontist experience ever !!!!!!! My son who is 9 has only had his expander and brackets for 2 months and they have been falling off every other day! To get seen takes hours they are so behind and on top of it he is always seen by an assistant rather then a Dr they never call you back and basically i got tricked in to this whole thing I started at the Eastlake location because they told me the Dr worked out of that location then later I found I she's there once a month and I kept getting scheduled to all these other locations it's been a horrible experience faulty work and products. Everyone I have spoken to said they have never heard of wires and brackets falling off like this. They are impossible to get a hold of over phone, when you do get a person, they put you on hold for over 15 minutes. They told me I had 6 cavities, even though a year prior at another dentist, I had 0. I have no tooth pain or anything.... I asked for images of the cavities and the dentist couldn't / wouldn't show me. Seemed like a language barrier but maybe it wasn't. Not sure. Not a great experience and I didn't feel like my needs were met, so I'm going elsewhere for other opinions. I don't recommend. I won't be returning. read more

The lady at the front with red hair was super nice and also the lady who took my x rays, she had long black hair and glasses. They're awesome. But the older woman with the wet/greasy hair was super inattentive. After I got my cleaning I was instructed to go to her, she was on the phone with a patient. Okay. 1,2,3,4,5,6 mins passed by and she didn't even acknowledge me. The dental assistant who did my cleaning said to go to the front lobby and they'd call me up. Nope. Assuming I speak Spanish and trying to communicate to me in Spanish. You will never have your appointment on time. They will never know what services your insurance covers, and you will "probably" have to pay extra. If you care for a good overall experience and service, Do NOT take your children here. My daughter had a bad experience with Doctor Tracy Truong. My daughter is 16 years old and had never experience a dentist hurt her and a non compassionate care. First of all, my daughter waited almost an hour to get her into the room(we were not informed they were behind or running late, which made me late for another appointment I had). After the hour wait time, I checked with the receptionist for a status, she talk to Dr. Tracy and I was told she would be seen soon. Well, I'm thinking the doctor was upset because she took it out on my daughter and poke her many times(even though my daughter raised her hand to signal she was hurting her). Dr. Tracy, never asked my daughter if she was in pain or if she was ok, she made her gums BLEED and she had bruising!!! I had never seen my daughter so upset and sad she was basically disregarded. I immediately called the office to ask about the doctors information as to license numbers etc. I want to make sure she is licensed and research any reviews. The receptionist said she did not have that information and would call me back with it(its been a month and no returned calls), I called twice and still they will not give me any of the doctors information. I did not receive ONE call from the office or the doctor to ask if my daughter was ok or anything. I will be stopping by in person soon to request her license number. I obviously will not be returning here, ever. read more

Just left a pretty involved treatment with Dr.Erin and Yesica. They couldn't have been any sweeter. Jacob had some nerves going in. They eased him with with finding out his special interests.They were so calm and gentle. My son really enjoys his experience here. This would have been his 2nd visit during covid. The office takes great precautions. However please be advised that if the patient had EVER tested positive for covid you will need a negative test to be seen. I wish I was told this on the confirmation call which would have avoided lost time and wages. They can do a better job communicating their own policies since getting a negative test is not required through CDC. I now have to take my son to get tested again then try to get another appointment. read more

Beware!!! Horrible practice. I took my 2 daughters to this place. The main office was on E st in Chula Vista and that was an ok experience. At the time one of my daughter was 15 yrs old and the other one 17 yrs old. They did X-ray and cleaning and said their teeth were healthy. Then next visit for the 6 mos routine check, I took my daughters again and one of them had turned 18 already I was told she needed sealants and of course wouldn't be covered under my insurance and would have to pay $700 to do sealants and did not get any consent from me and had my daughter sign something she didn't know anything about. They also said my other daughter who was 16 then needed a lot of work and would have cost me $900! Ridiculous! So I seriously do not recommend this place. Beware and save your money and go somewhere else. I'm definitely going to report them to the BBB... Hope this review helps. read more

Pésimo servicio y malísima organización, la única razón por cual hice cita aquí fue por que la oficina de dentista primaria de mi hijo lo refirió a aquí ya que ellos no tenían el material para el tratamiento que ocupa, hable en cuanto salí para agendar la cita a lo cual me dieron cita en 2 meses se llegaba el día de la cita recibo llamada que tenían que cancelar ya que la Dentista tuvo una emergencia claro cosas personales pasan pero no tener a alguien mas que pueda cubrir las citas ya agendas esta mal, igual me dijeron que lo llevara ya que les mencione que agende en Abril y me dieron cita en Junio, lo lleve y lo único que hicieron fueron x-rays, quedaron de hablarme para agendar cita para el tratamiento ya que la doctora viera los x-rays a lo cual nunca recibí una llamada, yo tuve que hablar para preguntar para ver que había pasado me dieron otra cita, a lo cual me hablan para decirme que mi aseguranza no cubriría que tengo que re agendar ya cuando le digo ala chica que no se me hacia justo me colgó y digo me colgó por que si se haiga cortado la llamada regresaría la llamada la verdad en mi opinion ocupan estar mas antentos y hacer follow up para que situaciones haci no pasen y entrenar mejor al personal referente a no colgar el teléfono en plena llamada por nunca fui grocera con la chica para que haiga tomado esa actitud. read more

By far the worst dentist office I have ever been to. I should have came to Yelp before coming here because I definitely agree with every one star on here. This is twice now that this office has rubbed me the wrong way. The staff is extremely rude and so is the dentist. They are all very unprofessional and lack empathy when it comes to parents and their kids. On 7/29 I scheduled a cleaning and check up for my son. When we got there we waited over 30 min to be seen, they called us in and took X-ray's we were told we had to come back for the cleaning because he has a cavity and that's why they couldn't do it today (never heard of this before) I scheduled another appointment for a cleaning, fill, and a sealant on his molar teeth. Today was his appointment 8/3. My husband took my 13 year old son for his appointment, when they finally called my son in they told my husband he was not allowed in with him. Mind you he saw other parents going back with their kids. In this day and age no one should ever trust their child alone ANYWHERE so for them to not let my husband in with my minor son is something unheard of. Not to mention if they were treating my husband horribly imagine my son being alone with them. About 15 min later my son came out (which I knew was way too soon since I signed paperwork for numbing) when I asked him what happened he said all they did was the sealant. When I turned to the nurse to ask her why everything wasn't done she said it was because the doctor was running behind and they close in 45 min....so why did you even schedule my sons appointment in the first place or at least let me know sooner? I live 40 min away. Mind you they never numbed my kids teeth and now want me to come back again. No thanks! Someone needs to learn how to schedule properly because they are ALWAYS behind. First and last time in this office. I will also be reporting this to corporate. read more

Was Not a patient or caring dentist towards my 12 year old daughter. This dentist was referred by children primary dental as their "adult" location. This is our second visit that was a complete waste of time. First time we had a scheduled appointment, I had to take time off work, only for for the dentist to say "oh I have to reschedule I have a covid shot appointment!" He could have called us to reschedule us. Today my daughter goes back ( first time ever) by herself because of covid rules. The appointment is for 3 extractions. He numbs half her mouth and during the other set of shots my daughter whined a little and in the middle of the shot tells his assistant "I can't do this!" My daughter said he never acknowledged her or talked her through the procedures as others have. I happened to walk into the office and see my daughter standing there in the lobby. Never did anybody try to call me or ask for me to tell me what was going on. The dentist himself never even came out to explain. The receptionist has always been kind and accommodating in person and over the phone. But the dentist himself was terrible. I would never go back or recommend anybody. read more
