Accidents are stressful, I was driving my car and out of the blue, a car turned into my lane and hit my door and scraped the entire side of my car and knocked off the bumper (I called it half of a Malachi Crunch but only these who know where the "jump the shark" reference originated will understand). I went to Ayers to repair our Subaru Crosstrek after scrapping the door against a fire hydrant. The team at Ayers were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I spoke with them before filing an insurance claim in case the damage wasn't worth reporting and they were able to walk me through the repairs needed to help me determine that a claim was my best option. The repair took about a week and a half once the door was ordered. I had no issues working with them or the insurance company. There is even a rental car company next door if you do need to get a rental. Not only did they do an amazing job repairing the door and wheel, they even did a deep cleaning of the car to get it back to looking brand new. Couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the professionalism. A ladder fell on my passenger door days before I was to fly out of town. I had a bit of front end damage to my Subaru Forester. I haven't had a accident in quite a while so I was pretty unsure where to take my car. A relative recommended Ayer's and I am so glad he did. The customer service is stellar!! I called made an appt. My car was seen right away and they completely I mean completely took care of the rest. I unfortunately forgot about the date that my car was going in for repair when the parts came in. I had knee surgery missed the appt. Ayer's called that day was so super nice and understanding. I had a negative, and stressful, experience with Ayers Collision. I had a fender bender and I brought my car to them after being referred by someone that used them many years ago. They were able to get me in quickly and also have a loaner ready for me. That part went great. When I picked my car up I thought everything was fine until the next day I noticed that they didn't finish the repairs. One of my tire rims was supposed to have been repaired, along with tire balancing and alignment, none of which was done. If I hadn't of noticed it, they would have kept the money without doing the repair. It created a lot of stress for me as I now didn't trust them and I didn't want to bring my car back to them, get another rental, etc. On another note, I also purposely left some money in the car, which was taken. To be fair, they did a good job on the bumper and body work, but the aggravation and deceit about the wheel created a lot of unnecessary stress and I would not recommend using them. read more

My insurance company referred me to Ayers for repair of my Tesla. The repair required a new fender, but Tesla would NOT sell the fender or associated parts to the collision center, but they would sell the part to me directly if I picked it up personally. While this was inconvenient, it was not the fault of Ayers, but Tesla's policy to do the replacement themselves at higher cost. Once Tesla sold me the part, the work with Ayers was done professionally and efficiently. Their communication was excellent and they made me feel comfortable that I would get what I needed, and indeed I did. Ayers took care of the insurance company negotiations, so that part was easy, and I only had to pay the deductible and they did an excellent job on the work. John and Brian were kind and professional. I hope I do not need more collision repair, but I would recommend Ayers for collision repairs. read more

My car was towed here after being totaled in an accident. When I went to pick up the license plates, they told me they only recovered one plate. This was clearly not true because prior t the appraiser looking at the car, I went to take pictures and both of my license plates were on the vehicle. My registration was also missing which was kind of sketchy. When I called to speak to someone regarding my license plate and registration, I was told that they did not have the missing items and that "they do not touch anything in the vehicles. Not to mention, I was placed on hold twice for about 10 minutes each time I called regarding the situation. I had to report my plate stolen with the local police department. read more

Have had my car replaired twice at Ayers. The staff is very friendly and kind and do a great job with communication, they communicated well with the other cars insurance to cover all of my damages twice. However, they are extremely slow to get their work done. Both times I my car was in the shop for over two weeks. The first time they fixed the side of my car from a hit and run and that took 2.5 weeks, second time was fixing my car when it got rear ended and then took 3.5 weeks. The first time they fixed my car, everything was fixed great but everything inside my car was removed and never given back. At first I only noticed a little knick knack was gone, but as I got home I started to notice more and more was missing from my car. A magnetic bumper sticker of the Patriots logo was gone and the inserts for my cupholders were gone as well!! It drove me crazy, but by the time I noticed it had already been 2 days so I let it go because it was little things. My second time i removed EVERYTHING from my car because I was paranoid and they fixed everything but took ridiculously long to do so, they also had to replace part of my trunk and I don't have the pull tab on my trunk to pull it closed anymore. Also, when I went to pick up the car, it was dead! They had to jump the car and told me that everything was fine, however my car continued to die every other day and I eventually had to pay to replace the battery (my battery was tested by them and AAA two times and the battery said it was fine). On top of that all 4 of my tires were low on air at the time I picked up the car and I had to stop and fill them all on my way home. I will say I LOVE how they clean your car inside as well when they fix it. It was the only reason I decided to go back the second time. However I will not be going back again. read more
