If I could give them zero stars, I would. We tried to be understanding, but after having to go back every time we use their service for more additional repairs, I'm getting to the thought they either don't know what they are doing or they're trying to just scam people out of money. Our last service cost us $1200 and less than two months after my husband's car stopped in the middle of the road with our toddler in it and he had to tow it to their hingham location were they quoted him another $300. Not including the towing cost. The problem was indeed, the one that they assured him they fixed for those 1200$ but Fatima kept insisting that things happen and it's not their fault. In addition their nephew that works there was being extra rude and aggressive towards my husband every time he tried to voice his concerns. They kept trying to shame us for being unsatisfied with their service And refusal to agree to pay again since the issue clearly hasn't been fixed. We ended up paying everything in full since there was no other way to get our car back. Highly do not recommend this place if you don't want to run into similar troubles. I wish read the reviews before going there. They clearly don't know what they're doing, or giving you a minor fix so you can keep coming back later and pay more money. I wish we went to our trust in mechanic, even though he's an hour away instead. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. In February, I paid $1,200 to repair alternator-related issues. Unfortunately, just two months later in April, my vehicle broke down again while I was driving and had to be towed back to the same shop for the same issue. After inspecting the vehicle again, they charged an additional $270 for "labor only." I was very disappointed by the lack of accountability and the fact that the issue was not properly resolved the first time. read more

it's really hard to come across good and honest mechanics. i have a 2015 Audi s3 and i brought my car to various European mechanic shops and they couldn't figure out why my car was leaking coolant and where it was coming from. I was recommended Hull auto by a friend and the owner Fatima assured me they can fix the issue. 3 hours later, they were able to figure out where it was leaking from and fix my oil cooler & i was given a complimentary detail you can't cask for anything better than that. read more
