He was able to fix the one burner on the spot and then gave us the option to order the needed parts on our own from Amazon or he could order them from his distributor. We chose to order ourselves for a significant savings. Ed returned a few days later and installed the ordered parts and now we have a perfectly working stove. Ivanhoe's prices were not only reasonable but actually very good as including the parts that we had to order and the service fees it cost us approx. $250 total. Thanks Ed for a job WELL DONE!
