It you want a dinner that feels like a cinematic moment, AYRE by Karma at the Amrit Oceanfront Hotel on Singer Island is it. Full stop. We showed up under a glowing full moon... the kind of moon that lights up the ocean like a silver stage... and somehow the food and service still managed to steal the show. You know how every new restaurant is supposed to have "kinks" to work out... growing pains... training wheels? Yeah, no. AYRE must have skipped that chapter entirely. (review originally written on day two of opening week, before they had a Yelp page.) The service was dialed in from the second we sat down. Our waitress Leanna was polished, prepped, and knew the menu like she wrote it. The manager Heather checked in personally. And then, cherry on top, we even got to meet the chef Ajay... who clearly knows exactly what he's doing. The menu setup is brilliant. You can choose a three-course prix fixe or go à la carte. We weren't mentally prepared for a full three-course commitment (next time... for sure), so we went à la carte... but the dishes on the prix fixe menu looked outrageous in the best possible way. And even if you think you don't like Indian food, relax... there's something for absolutely everyone. We shared almost everything like the good little food-committed duo we are. The garlic naan? Fresh, fluffy, ridiculously good. The paneer pesto? A star. It's grilled cottage cheese with a tofu-like texture... light, bright, and layered with microgreens and a sauce that made the whole thing sing. For mains, I had chicken jodhpor that hit every note... flavorful, clean, beautiful. My dining partner had the roasted cauliflower, patrani gobi, and she is vegetarian so trust me... she knows her cauliflower. Both plates were basically licked clean. Zero leftovers, zero regrets. But here's the thing that pushes AYRE into the "are you kidding me" category... the atmosphere. True oceanfront dining. Not "peek-a-boo ocean view" or "if you lean to the lett you can see water." No... actual oceanfront. Waves, moonlight, the whole postcard. It's honestly one of the most stunning settings I've ever eaten in. And this was night 2. Nobody is perfect opening week. Except apparently AYRE. I already can't wait to go back... this time for the full three-course experience. If this is how they start, imagine where they're headed. Singer Island just won. read more

We tried the Chef's Menu for a Birthday Dinner and the dishes and service did not disappoint. We could taste each flavor in each dish. The Branzino my husband ordered was especially delicious. The ambiance was lovely and the staff quite attentive. I would recommend. read more

This is the hidden gem I have been looking for in the Palm Beach area. Food and service were outstanding. Location is quite a challenge to find so plan to arrive a little earlier than you think. Some of the dishes were better than others but overall, I will definitely be back and felt compelled to write a review for this place since it was totally dead on a Friday night when we went. We did the 5 course tasting menu. The Karuna - This was a pomelo with a hard black rice. The taste was very strange, keep eating.. actually this gets better as you eat it. It's so unique and unfamiliar that it takes you a while to grasp the concept but then it all makes sense and the plate is empty. The tellicherry pepper crab - The same thing happens again. You taste it and wonder if you are going to like it, then you mix the little mini sauces on the plate with it and the whole thing comes together. It's actually fantastic. Saffron Duck - This was good but I wasn't a SUPER fan but my friend got the pan-seared scallops and they were a knockout. Grilled lamb chops - Another knockout especially with the sauce that comes on the side. This is definitely the choice. My friend got the gucchi chicken but it was good not amazing like the lamb chops. The desserts - I was actually too stuffed to eat dessert but I took a bite and it was fantastic! Although I liked the coconut sorbet more than the apricot confit. I am really one to trash fine dining places for too small of portions and creativity over flavor but this is not that! Located in the beautiful Amrit hotel, this is a modern luxury 5 course upscale Indian restaurant that is out of this world! Shoutout to Leanne for the great service, thank you! They also accommodate for gluten allergies and the food, service, vibes, ambiance is all upscale and top notch! One bite was better than the next and you can add specific items from their A La Carte. We will definitely be back. Makes for an awesome date spot. Super modern, high end and classy and the epitome of fine dining and great service! What a beautiful setting. Ayre is in the back part of the impressive Amrit Ocean Resort, a building with both residences and hotel rooms focusing on health and wellness. Ayre offers outdoor seating that would have a stunning ocean view if it weren't dark out. We were told they may start an afternoon tea and champagne service in the future. My sister and I liked the ambiance right off the bat as we were led to our table by the lovely hostess, Monica. She was very nice and chatted with us again as we walked out after dinner to leave the resort. Manager Heather also came to meet us before we reached our table, and she was more than happy to answer our multiple questions: explaining the deposit we'd had to make with the reservations, the history of the restaurant group's original location in DC and Virgina, the food served, etc. She personally introduced our great server Troy, very professional and very pleasant. We decided against the tasting menu for our first time and ordered a la carte. The options are quite limited and most people order a tasting menu it seems, but we loved our choices. We got the small plates of fried snapper with an out-of-this-world housemade tartar, paneer pesto, beautiful garlic naan, Malvani chicken curry, and Dahl makhani. My sister said it was the best chicken curry of her life. It wasn't the usual very strong curry -- not at all. Just a delicious blend of spices with tender chicken. We did not have a bad bite in any dish. For dessert we chose a delicious apricot thing -- ha ha, I can't remember what it actually is. Troy was great throughout, but when he was needed elsewhere a new (at that time) bartender named Robert came over to help us. He, too, was very kind and willing to chat about the place. I am a local and have been waiting for something this fresh and genuine quality for years. This is a legit restaurant. Absolutely the best on Singer Island and a contender for all of Palm Beach. The service was phenomenal. The atmosphere is perfect. The food was fantastic with exceptional Indian inspired flavors and impeccable presentation and description's. Very disappointing night. Very average food where the same "slaw" accompanied 3 of the six dishes we ordered (lazy), the gobi tasted exactly like the ckn curry (boring) and the naan was closer to Pilsburys than punjab (blecch). We travelled from our great WPB eating scene to Riviera Beach for what is represented as fine dining Indian which is hard to find. We arrived an hour early to enjoy pre dinner drinks as it's a beach front resort but were escorted to the hotel bar full of people in beach attire. We asked if AYRE had its own bar and were taken over to their small out door area where the "bar" is a portable cart and the "lounge" is about 10 damp cushioned chairs but overlooks the ocean. So we sat and actually enjoyed 2 nice drinks but as the wind picked up we asked to be seated about 25 min early since the place was still only about 1/3 full. Heather who is apparently the GM was very curt in saying that was not possible and when I pressed about the empty tables she snapped "we never fill our tables so everyone gets the service they deserve!" If we weren't in Rivera Beach we would have left then but with no options we sat bank down until she got us about 20 min later (5min before our Rez) and yet we watched other diners literally wave to get servers attention while we poured our own wine and had our dishes delivered at various long and short intervals. Stuff I probably wouldn't have nit picked had Heather not been so militant. Bottom line, this place poses as fine dining but its food, staff and facilities don't deliver. Our local Indian joint in a strip mall has better flavor, a cozy bar and definitely appreciates it's customers more. read more

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Ayre By Karma this past weekend, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food, prepared by Chef Asif, was incredible--fresh, flavorful, and truly unforgettable. Our server, Troy, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, polite, and attentive, keeping our table spotless and our water and drinks always full. His friendly personality made the experience even more enjoyable. The manager, Heather, truly sets this restaurant apart. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the restaurant's history, creating a genuine family-like atmosphere. Watching her personally check in with every table showed how much she truly cares about her guests. She is a tremendous asset to Ayre By Karma. With the amazing food, exceptional service, and beautiful view, this was the perfect date night. We will absolutely be returning and recommending this hidden gem to all of our friends. read more

I deeply regret going to AYRE. It was profoundly overpriced and deeply disappointing. The service was ridiculous - when we asked our waiter (Robert) to describe the choices on the 5 course tasting menu that we ordered, for instance, he said something along the lines of "this is duck, these are scallops." When we asked how the dish was prepared, he had no idea and didn't offer to find out. Same with the drinks - he asked us to tell him about the beers that we ordered after we had them, for his future reference. Speaking of the scallops, they were unbelievably overcooked and rubbery. Finally, we thought that the location in the Amrit resort would be nice, but it was also a bummer. The Amrit staff was rude about parking, and also largely AWOL, leading to long waits. Food was very good,attentive service,decor leaves a lot to be desired. It felt very sterile,windows and steel . It has an open kitchen, not too large, the food odors while they were cooking drifted towards our table. As we know Indian cuisine is spicy, our friend starting coughing for a few minutes !! They claim to have an outdoor bar,but it's only a cocktail station similar to what you would see at a wedding ! Now for the 3 star rating. I ordered a 90 bottle of wine,it happens to be out of stock ,server comes back with a different more expensive bottle . Tells me we can have it at the same price. It was a good wine, we consumed 2 bottles. The bill arrives, wine charge was 130.00 per bottle. I question the server, she now says it was a 220 bottle of wine,we discounted it by 90 dollars for you . Totally different from what she told me earlier . I didn't want to make a scene in front of our guests ,and let it go. I got taken for an extra 96 dollars 40 dollars extra for each bottle and mandatory 20 percent gratuity of 16 dollars on the 80 dollar overcharge. Not cool, and we won't go back read more
