Was told about this place by one of my friends. Boy was I glad she told me about it. This hidden gem was an instant hit with my parents. Very nice dining room. One can smell the delicious aroma of spices in the air. Immediately I had decided to try the Chicken Tikka Masala. I was here primarily to try the Seekh Kebabs (minced lamb). I ordered both. If you don't mind the slight gamier taste of lamb then the kebabs are delicious. The chicken curry dish was good, but I think I would have been happier with a different flavor sauce instead of Tikka Masala. The wait staff was very cheerful and helpful. I can't wait to try some other variations of their menu. I think I would have liked an assortment of different side sauces, like chutneys, on the table to add to my meal. We met friends for dinner here. My friend is vegetarian/pescatarian so meeting up at an Indian restaurant is a perfect venue for all of us. This is a place I found on Yelp. It's only been open for 6 months and none of us had been, so we were eager to try a "new to us" place. It's in an area on the south side of the street just before you go over the bridge. There is parking in the small lot out front. Inside, there's a large bar. They have applied, but not received their liquor license yet. The menu is pretty extensive but it is easy to follow as it's divided by types of meat or not or specialties. They even have some Indo-Chinese dishes, too. We had good and friendly service while there. My husband got the lamb Rogan Josh medium spicy . I got the lamb tikka masala mild. We shared fluffy jasmine rice and some butter naan. Everything was delicious. My husband ate up everything. I brought some home to have for another meal. Our friend had a vegan dish with cauliflower and potatoes. And her husband had a lamb korma medium spicy. They also shared some Jasmin rice and paratha -- a whole wheat tandoori bread. They really liked their meals, as well. My husband also enjoyed a (fragrant) masala chai -- hot black tea with various spices. There weren't that many people dining in on the night we came, but there were a lot of folks picking up take out orders. We'd definitely return. read more

We met friends for dinner here tonight. A small strip center but it has adequate parking available. They have been open for six months and have applied for their liquor license, so you are welcome to bring your own bottle. (There is a Publix right across the street!) The inside is bright and welcoming. There were several customers waiting for their take out orders throughout the evening. Or hostess server seated us and gave us menus. Lots of appetizers and nan bread styles to choose. I chose the Lamb Roganjosh , medium spice level, and my wife and I shared some butter nan. The Jasmin rice was the perfect vessel to soak up the delicious sauce from my lamb dish. I finished my meal with a hot cup of Massala Chai which was very good! Tried this spot for the first time and it did not disappoint! I had the chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and samosa chaat .... every single thing was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The sauce on the tikka was creamy and rich, and the naan was straight fire. The vibe inside is pretty simple, nothing fancy, but don't let that fool you. The food speaks for itself. Bright and clean, service was very attentive. Food is a solid 3.75 stars, some items better than others. I have been searching for a good Korma as I had in NY and have not quite been able to find a good one...even had 2 that were actually sweet, or the lamb pieces chewy. ! Theirs is spot on with flavor and the lamb were very tender. We also had the veggie and lamb samosas. The veggies come 3 much smaller pieces which adds a lot of pastry and it had quite a bit of heat for me but not much flavor as I had to douse it in brown sauce. The lamb samosa on the other hand was normal sized but the meat was extremely gamy with an overpowering mint flavor, again needing to drown it with brown sauce to be palatable! I saw this lovely little Restaurant on social media today and I thought to myself I have to go have lunch there. It's a little hidden gem only been open about two or three weeks.. about 20 tables and booths. When I walked in I was immediately greeted as I was the only one in the entire restaurant anyway, and this was for lunch. The hostess sat me and took my order and brought me a nice glass of cold water.. for an appetizer I had the mixed veggie platter which was large and really heavily laden with food. As my main entrée, I decided to go with the lamb tikka masala. It was decently spicy, but not too spicy with a large amount of beautiful lamb in a thick, rich red tasty sauce.. I also went with the famous bullet naan which was a little bit spicy and quite delicious. Overall, it was a most enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this Restaurant to anyone seeking new and exciting flavors from The Far East. read more

Lovely food, great service and a warm, friendly atmosphere. We came with a group of ten, tried about fifteen different items and there wasn't one that disappointed. Local Indian choices invariably include a dud or three in any group order, but not at Sanjh. Our server was delightful - smart, kind, eloquent and eager to be sure we all enjoyed our food. I ordered chicken momo's...not something on most Indian menus. Great flavor. They also have Veg. Momo's. I had the goat Rogan Josh, great spice level. The Kashmiri naan wasn't as crisp as I like. We came here for dinner while we were staying in the area and we were absolutely thrilled with the food. We started with onion bhajis and lamb samosas that were both incredible. At the waiter's awesome recommendation, we ordered chicken malai tikka for the kids. For our meals we had seekh kababs, chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, and lamb vindaloo. All were delicious! A pleasant nice clean place with friendly servers and nice atmosphere. The food was good and fresh and portions were pretty standard. I will warn you that "mild" has a small kick and even extra mild wasn't bland but usually if you're down for Indian you probably know that. Naan was soft and fresh. Had lunch here, was quiet, but the food was delicious! We have tried almost every Indian restaurant in the area, and this is our current favorite. Be aware that there is no alcohol with your meal, but this wasn't an issue for us. Our server was very lovely, very attentive. We found the restaurant on Uber Eats so have ordered takeout too. Wow! What a pleasant surprise! I love Indian and eat it whenever I can as I use to travel around the world. Just had very mediocre Indian in Atlanta. I had chicken tikka masala and my wife had butter chicken. We both loved our dishes. My masala was rich in flavor, soft on the tongue. The chicken is good quality. In Atlanta we used to see Indian restaurants start up and had terrific food. But then they'd start buying lower quality ingredients and eventually fail. A new restaurant would open and repeat the exact same cycle. I'm hoping Sanjh keeps serving this great quality, and I'll be a regular!
