You could choose the spice level -- me mild (no heat) and his medium (a little). Each couple was given a big bowl of basmati rice to share. The portion was huge. Our friends got the lamb boti kabob which came out steaming hot with lots of onions. And a vegetarian dish with a sauce on the side with lots of vegetables. They each really liked their choices. We had the leisure to enjoy our meals and even sit and chat. We were too full for dessert. So glad we tried this restaurant. I typically ordered the goat Rogan Josh and enjoy that and I've also recommended this restaurant to others that I know. Today I had quite the opposite experience as usual. I ordered the Goat Rogan Josh and it was served with only bones in it. I raised the issue with the server and the owner of the restaurant and the owner said there's nothing he could do cause that's how his supplier provided the meat. I further asked him that does he not check the meat when he gets it from the supplier; to which he replied that the suppliers says that he can take it or leave it. That made me question that if he doesn't check the food coming in; what exactly is he serving his customers? That was concerning with all the food recalls across the board. He also didn't even offer me a discount or offer to take that out of the bill (basic customer service). This left a spore taste in my experience. For now, I'll be staying away from this restaurant for some time and try other restaurants in the area.
