DJ arrived to inspect our water heater due to recurring problems with the pilot light extinguishing. During his visit, he inquired about the water pressure reducing valve, noting its aged appearance, and mentioned that it should typically be replaced every 5-7 years, which had not been done. He asked if we had experienced any water pressure issues, which we certainly had, so he promptly replaced it at a reasonable cost. My industry experience led me to believe the the blockage was in the p trap between the disposer and the drain line. He agreed to try my suggestion to take apart the p trap. My kitchen sink was clogged again ON THE SAME DAY after AYS left but they said there is NO WARRANTY and it will cost $295 extra to visit again and possibly another $2000+ to do a "full flush". I had a full clog at kitchen sink. AYS visited at noon. The person wanted to snake the main line of the house despite my bathroom drain was fine though a bit slow. He snaked the main line and told me with excitement that there is dirt on the snake and wanted to charge $150 extra to do video inspection. He suspect the main line pipe was corroded and offered full polymer coating of the entire mainline. While I agree that the dirt may indicate corroded main pipe but that is NOT where the issue is because main line is moving (toilets running fine) and the kitchen is completely clogged. So instead of camera inspection, I let AYS snake the kitchen sink to solve the full clog issue first. He didn't seem happy but still snaked the kitchen while I was busy on computer. He was done in 20 min and the water in the sink drained successfully. I asked him what was the problem he just shrugged saying he wouldn't know without camera inspection. I still thanked him and also tipped him. ON THE SAME DAY, sink clogged again after we ran dishwasher. I messaged and called AYS. A field manager called back and said " Our plumber did his job yesterday and successfully ran the water for 10 min. We do NOT offer warranty for it since you declined the camera service. It's possible that the snake poked a hole through the blockage and the blockage closed up again. It will cost $295 for us to schedule another visit. We might also need to do a "full flush" which costs $2000+" I honestly don't remember hearing water running for 10 mins while the AYS plumber was in the kitchen. So I paid AYS $150 TO ONLY POKE A HOLE IN THE BLOCKAGE?. NO WARRANTY even though the sink was clogged AGAIN only A FEW HOURS after AYS left. And this is because we didn't agree to pay for camera fee on the main line which was running fine. I had another plumber come in today he checked the mainline and said there is no issue with the main line. I felt stupid for believing AYS yesterday. The new plumber spent 3 hours in the kitchen (vs only 20 min by AYS) he snaked 100 ft and patiently ran hot water through the pipe to get rid of any grease. He DIDN'T need camera service. Dishwasher running completely fine now. I believe AYS trying to sell me additional service I don't need. I also question their ability if they need video inspection after every snaking. AYS charged me $150 initially for snaking kitchen sink, then quoted $295 more to for another visit to do camera inspection, and that still wouldn't solve the problem it is just for diagnosis. read more

They arrived at 4:30 and had a price for me by 5:00. $400 to remove the toilet, replace the wax seal and replace it. $250 to snake the slow draining bathroom sink. They quoted me $710. This company is very responsive and open 24 hours, which is great when it comes to plumbing especially. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and it was discovered by AYS when I was trying to have a new dishwasher installed. Long story short, they wrote up the claim for damage to my insurance company and in having to fix the damage under the sink, I was able to get my countertops and backsplash replaced ( they had to remove all of that to replace the cabinet that was damaged). AYS went the extra mile to get my kitchen fixed back to its original condition. I have called them since and been very happy with their services! I had a terrible experience with this plumber, who installed my kitchen faucet so poorly that it has to be held in place while in use, making everyday tasks a hassle. To make matters worse, just a few months later, the faucet has already started leaking, adding another issue to the mess. This kind of shoddy workmanship is unacceptable, especially when paying for professional service. When I reached out for a fix the day after the original install, I was told it was installed correctly and was supposed to be loose on sink but he would charge me $75 to add silicone seal. I chose not to pay more as I did not trust the service. There was no accountability or willingness to correct the mistakes as part of original service. I would not recommend this plumber to anyone looking for quality work or reliability. So I listen to a leak until I can find someone to fix correctly. Would leave 0 stars if I could. read more

Our water heater stopped working. I started looking for a company to get an estimate. My wife said that AYS popped up on her phone. We called It was a Sunday and told the receptionist what was going on and she suggested same-day service. We decided next day will be fine. Next day. Joseph technician showed up check the water heater and then gave us the estimate.
