I have been through several cleaning and maintenance appointments and I start ortho in January. So we have received a good amount of services from them and attended many appointments with them. Everyone is always awesome! The front desk is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are always very on top of paper work and billing procedures. A human answers the phone every time I've ever called (during business hours)!! It amazing. This office gives me the feeling of dentists offices from the past where we weren't patient number blah blah blah.. They've always treated Brian and myself like family and give us the feeling they really care. They know our names and although we typically visit separately because of our schedules, everyone asks "how's Brian?" or "how was the wedding?" Signaling that they've taken the time to remember things about their patients and care about our lives outside of just billing our insurance. This is especially evident in long time employees like Nedra. This woman is amazing. She has a firm but loving way of letting you know what to focus on while not making you feel judged or put down. She relates with empathy while pushing for better from you in regard to your oral hygiene. I so enjoy going here and am very much looking forward to partnering with them on my ortho journey!!

I come back on Monday and the immediately start telling me that I'm gonna blame them for breaking the flipper. What? I'm here because you guys told me to come back. I THEN ask to speak to the office manager, Amy, who goes on to tell me that nobody is blameless and I'm CONFUSED AS HELL ABOUT WHOS BLAMING WHAT. Awful experience, this place needs to be shut down.

I have paid a total of $446.00 out of pocket for the services I received from this office. That is after an $80 credit. I did receive bills for even more money, but I left a negative review on Yelp and was contacted by the practice. I was told I should ignore the bills I was sent because the practice has no control over their system and it sends out bills whether money is owed or not. My experience of medical practices is that an estimate of service costs is provided prior to provision of services and it does not tend to be hundreds of dollars off base. I don't recommend the practice simply because their patients should have a reasonable understanding of what a service will cost. It's too much of a risk. There are many dental practices out there that can tell you precisely what you will owe them for your care and that have gained complete mastery over their billing system. But no complaints about the clinical care.

Read the reviews most are from over 6 months ago. All of the previous staff who was wonderful is no longer there. What is left is staff that is uneducated, aggressive, and unprofessional. Their main office does not care about their behavior and from the looks of it they support the discriminatory behavior of this office. I have given ample opportunity for resolution and that is not happening. The current dentist denies medical treatment to patients. Appointment time for both of us was 8:40AM. We arrived at 8:30. My wife was called back, right on time, by her Hygienist at 8:40. At 9:10 my Hygienist, Vicky, was finally finishing with the patient before me. This was 30 minutes late for my appointment. I cancelled at that time due to a very important follow-on medical appointment that I could not miss. The front office staff was very apologetic and understanding. They attempted several times to reschedule me. Thank you! However, neither my Hygienist, Vicky, nor Dr Wellman made an attempt to apologize to me.
