I genuinely think I could have done a better job myself with no experience. It felt like someone still in training, which is unacceptable given this was one of the higher price points offered at the spa. When we raised our concerns, the manager's response was just as disappointing. She made no real effort to make things right. Her only solution was to remove the nail polish and attempt to redo the entire pedicure, which she couldn't fix. Despite all of this, we still paid over $150. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. We will not be coming back.

So what I did find was absolutely charming and I was thoroughly impressed with how well they conduct business in such a small spot. The ambiance of the place is so girly and perfect for a girls day! It's got pink colors and eye lash logos and splashes of gold and all that jazz. It was a bit pf a let down that there was only one station for pedis at this location since I was hoping I can sit next to my bestie and talk while we got our stuff done. Eventually, i was done with my pedi first and we both got our acrylics going at the same time next to each other. Speaking of which, one of the only reasons I even wanted to finally try acrylics for the first time was their irresistible April special: size 2 acrylics one color and gel pedi one color for only $80! Even though I never got acrylics and never knew how much those usually go for, i already knew it was a steal for BOTH. Absolutely FELT FABULOUS!! We were also able to make the acrylics ombre for only $5 more! I am hooked!
