After the weights fell off the first time, they blamed a "bad batch of weights." That excuse made absolutely no sense--the weights weren't defective; the adhesive failed because the mounting surface was never properly cleaned and prepared. I pointed this out, but they denied it and simply applied more adhesive strips over the old adhesive and dirt. Now the weights have fallen off AGAIN, exactly as expected. The photos show loose weights on the ground, a filthy mounting surface, and multiple layers of old adhesive still stuck to the wheel. This isn't a defective batch--it's lazy, careless workmanship and a complete lack of attention to detail. Three visits for one wheel balance is ridiculous. If they can't properly clean a wheel before installing adhesive weights, I have no confidence in the quality of anything else they do. This will be our final visit, and I strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere that takes pride in its work and gets the job done correctly the first time. This is now the second time that they've told me that the batch was recalled... No, your employees didn't clean off the wheel where the tire weights mount to.

I contacted the shop asking which parts were used as the pricing reflected premium Monroe quick strut assemblies were used. No response. So I hit the road and and start my road trip. I make it two hours before I hear clunking noises. Again, I don't have time to wait for a non responsive business to let me know which shop I can go get inspected at. It's especially frustrating on days when it's super hot or over 100 degrees and need to find a closer spot so you can get inside to buy what you need. Also the gas station tends to be slow and packed but that's like every Costco.

This was especially frustrating because I'm not a new customer. This same shop has worked on this van multiple times before -- oil changes, two air-conditioning repairs, and they previously replaced the power steering pump -- so my vehicle and contact information should already be in their system. I waited the entire day without hearing anything. About an hour before closing I finally called them myself to ask about the status. That's when I was told they couldn't do the repair because it "required a special tool" and that I would need to take the vehicle somewhere else. They also claimed they had tried to call me earlier but had written down the wrong phone number. Given that I'm already a repeat customer in their system, that explanation didn't make much sense. It was also confusing since this same shop previously replaced the power steering pump on the van, which involves the same serpentine belt system. Because the van had been dropped off for the day, I had already paid for an Uber ride home and then had to pay for another Uber to return to pick it up. When I arrived, someone I had never seen before came out into the parking lot and handed me the keys without even allowing me to come inside to discuss the situation. In the end, nothing was repaired, I lost an entire day waiting, and I still have to find another shop to complete the work. Very disappointing experience.
