Inspo of what I wanted for Easter 2023

Sometimes the nails will be on point, other times they suck. Nails are okay this time, but TOES?! Oooou child!!! They let me go home with cuticles and toe designs that don't match. Haha my fault for not paying attention! You have to be on them. Or they will dunk your feet in water and slap some gel on your toes. Then charge you $65 for a pedi. Anyway my total cost was $121+$10 tip= $131 Decent price! I got acrylic fill w/design & gel pedi w/design. Like I said price is good but you have to be on them because she didn't cut my cuticles. My fault for not paying attention.

Today my daughter had her Nails and toes done while having her nails done the lady made a rude comment to my daughter about her weight. my daughter was very upset and all the lady could say was she was "joking" I will never return here again!!! A grown woman belittling a 7 year old is NOT okay!!!!!!

This place is doing everything possible to keep everyone safe. They've been following Covid guidelines, taking temps and using dividers between stations. They're still the best price for all the work they do. They're experienced and can do all the latest styles. Their pedicures are the best! They leave my feet soft and energized. They're all awesome ladies!

So bad this is my first review.

Cheap prices for cheap work! I came here once to get a gel manicure which was pretty inexpensive and I was impressed with their work. So I decided to go back and try dipping powder.. I was so excited as I heard they last 3 weeks and don't damage your nails. However, by the end of my manicure, I had powder residue over dark blue color I picked. I commented on it and the lady tried to say she added glitter! One, I didn't ask for glitter. Two, it was clearly powder residue. She knew I wasn't falling for it so she re-did them with pretty much the same outcome. The next day, one nail completely snapped off. I waited one week before going back to fix the problem and all my nails lifted by then. I asked her to re-do them and she just filed them and added one coat of dipping powder. 2 days later, a few more nails snapped off. I gave up and took them all off. Never going back to this place! Wouldn't recommend unless you're doing anything BUT dipping powder.

    Small acrylic nails

Yesterday I came to AZ nails. I hadn't gotten my nails done in years so I got what is considered a small set. They did a great job. They're very good at doing nails and the atmosphere is super clean, they're very hygienic. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they gave me just that! As stated earlier, I asked for a small nail set. I totally didn't mind paying for this price but I would've appreciated if they would've been honest and told me the price they were going to charge me earlier instead of randomly changing the price at the end. Before I got my nails done I told them exactly what I wanted, I gave them the details, colors, told them I wanted small acrylic, etc and they gave me a set price right away. Once we finished they added $22+ to the original price they had first told me. Once again, I didn't mind paying the finishing price but it just isn't the way to do things. I don't understand how the price went up 22+ dollars for small nails. It made me think they were adding things in without telling me; it would've been nice if they would've told me as they were adding things in. Overall they did a really great job on my nails and they're really good at matching the picture you show them!

Paid 54 for horrible nails. Pedicure was okay. I asked the guy for a specific color but because it wasn't gel and wanted to charge me more he used a different color that was gel when I told him not too/ I asked for marble on my ring finger and puts glitter stripes ??? Told me it was 52 but charged me 56. This place needs a hell of a make over. Not to mention he cut off a piece of my skin and made me bleed. I asked for coffin and I'm confused cause I got coffin/stiletto and very uneven.

Been coming to this place for over 7 years now, I always have Mimi do my coffin nails all the time and they always come out so good. This place gets busy through out the days so try calling in advance and asking for the wait time. Mimi is also good at waxing eyebrows, she's been doing my eyebrows for years as well but recent started to do threading. Overall this is a really good nail salon

No words. THE WORST nails iv ever seen/gotten.

WORST NAIL SALON EVER! OMG please don't go here! My pictures will explain it all. I dont even have to say much...

What can I said about AZ Nails.... simply the best! I've been coming here for about 5 years and I always leave happy! Mimi and her stuff (Helen, Jenny and Jennifer) always make sure I'm happy with what I get.... from my nails, to my eyebrows, to my pedicures, to my daughters cute little designs on their nails, we always leave with a smile on our face! I always pay $25 plus the $1 for the OPI nail polish, but remember if you want longer nails with coffin shape you will have to pay a little more! So remember if you want beautiful looking nails AZ Nails is the spot!!!

Got some glittery patriotic toes for the 4th of July.

(pun intended) today the retention on mine is 100% no chips no lifting i'm STOKED! it was also my birthday so i splurged on my design so i am extra happy that they're still holding strong. i wish i could keep this set forever! thank you!!! highly recommend!

I chose this salon expecting a professional experience. When a business advertises licensed…read moreprofessionals and charges premium prices, I expect professional-quality work. Unfortunately, this appointment fell well below that standard. I was originally quoted $80 for a Gel-X set, but once I arrived I was told there would be an additional $10 charge just to remove my existing Gel-X. From there, nearly every option came with another surcharge. Glitter was an additional charge, and placing the glitter at the base of the nail instead of the tip increased the price even further. The pricing structure felt confusing and constantly changing, making it difficult to know what the final cost would be. After hearing the additional charges, I decided against getting a new set and paid $45 for a manicure after the Gel-X removal. For $45, I expected my natural nails to leave looking polished and professionally finished. Instead, I left with: * Jagged, uneven nail edges that were not properly filed * Visible product residue still left on multiple nails * Uneven nail surfaces * Dry, unfinished cuticles * Nails that looked incomplete rather than professionally manicured I took photos immediately after leaving because I couldn't believe this was the finished result. The service itself was also disappointing. My technician, Annie, repeatedly stopped working on my nails to answer phone calls and attend to other matters. The appointment felt interrupted and rushed instead of relaxing. A manicure should feel calm and focused. This did not. The salon also raised concerns for me. The supply/storage area visible to customers was cluttered and disorganized, and I observed nail files being reused, which made me question the sanitation standards. Even checkout was frustrating. I wanted to leave a tip for the technician who performed my pedicure because she did a nice job, but the payment process made it difficult to direct the gratuity to the correct person. The biggest disappointment is that none of these issues should exist regardless of the price. Whether a manicure costs $25 or $45, customers should leave with nails that are smoothly filed, free of leftover product, and professionally finished. Those are basic expectations--not luxury extras. I left feeling disappointed, overcharged, and with nails that I could have filed more carefully at home myself. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.

All of the nail techs are great! I request for Cici when I want to do cat-eye or more simple gel manicures. If I want more artsy designs, I'll usually request for Ella or Karen. Gel manis are still $45, with full cat-eye adding an additional $15. Hand drawn art design nails may add between $4-6 per nail, depending on the design; while if you're okay with stickers, it may be $2-3/each. More intricate nail designs will require more time & cost more depending on what it is -- so I would inform them if this is something you want to do so they can allot the right amount of time for your booking. I typically spend about 1.5-2 hours to get my nails done (including removing the previous months' nails, nail trimming, shaping, cuticles, etc.) As stated before: Easy parking in the First St. structure behind the shop. Restroom available in the back of the store & always clean. They also do have bottled water, if needed.

My Response to Business owner :…read more Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that my review is based on a realistic account of the service I received on May 19, 2026. While you describe the pace as 'efficient,' the service was incomplete by standard industry definitions. Specifically, the pedicure did not include the essential steps of a foot scrub, a foot massage, or cuticle cleaning. These are standard components of the service I paid for, and their omission is why I felt the experience was unsatisfactory. Furthermore, my comments regarding the tip were not a reflection of a personal preference, but rather a reaction to the staff's persistent pressure. When service falls short of the expected standard, I believe a customer should be able to decline a gratuity without being pressured by staff to justify that decision. My goal in sharing this review was simply to provide honest feedback regarding my experience, and I stand by the account I provided.

My appointment time came and the salon was still closed (I just want to note that my appointment time was 30 minutes after their opening time) and I was waiting outside, unsure if I should just leave or wait. I ended up messaging Trulycure for an update and didn't get an answer. A lady showed up about 5-10 minutes later to open the door, asked if I needed a pedicure and then to sit down on one of the chairs. Now the chairs were really nice, but did not have a built in spa. She had to bring over a tub of water. I wasn't asked which pedicure service I want (I later saw there were multiple options on their menu) and asked me what color I wanted. Andrew had walked in while I was getting my pedicure done. He worked on removing my old set of gelx that I got done elsewhere and put a new set (he did an excellent job at this). I opted for a cat eye effect on my nails since he mentioned there is a promotion at the time. I thought Trulycure is somewhere I want to go back to but after reflecting on my experience of waiting without any communication they were going to be tardy, pedicure gal cutting my toe nails oddly to the point where my big toe nail is growing out not the way I like and the cat eye not being a cat eye (looks like a layer of glitter polish applied), I was completely ready to go back to my usual place.

The pain became so bad that I had to have the lashes removed shortly after my appointment because they were unbearable to wear. You can see in the photo how the lashes were placed so close and it wasn't right. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told that because I had the lashes removed before they could inspect them, they wouldn't offer any refund due to their policy. I understand businesses have policies, but I also believe there should be exceptions when a service causes physical discomfort and cannot be worn. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted a fair resolution after paying for a service I couldn't use. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with both the quality of the application and the way my concerns were handled afterward.
