About 3 times after I was left waiting for over an hour, my technicians would step away mid service, and when I was actually tended to it felt incredibly rushed. It makes me feel like I only want to come when it's completely empty in the shop, or not at all. They don't take reservations, and it's hard to lock down the techs I've found I like best. I have unfortunately been to many other salon where it was evident that they were using dirty tools, and reusing single use items. The quality here at Ella nail lounge is immediately noticeable! I booked a nail appointment with Ale and it exceeded my expectation! She has a skillful eye and process for nail art.
