I've been going to Tiffany at Ocean Nails for about 5 years now. She always done a fantastic job with my nails and paid attention to details when it comes to my design. You do have to book in advance to guarantee your appointment but she's squeezed me in on a couple emergency appointments needed. The staff has always been friendly and attentive. Worst service ever. They steal your money without an option to refund it. I made an appointment with Yvonne to get my eyebrows done, and she asked me to leave $50 as a deposit to secure the appointment on 8/5/25. She never mentioned about what the options were. She changed the prices for the job, and I felt that she was cheating. I asked to get a refund and she refused. I asked her to give me a different service like pedicure or manicure to use the $50 that I had as deposit, but she refused too. She didn't want to give me my money back. Please be very careful because they steal your money without giving you an option and it's not right. I wish I had known before. read more

Ive come here several times and I'm always happy but I always get an infection. Recently it landed me in ER. I won't be coming back. 12/20....I thought I would give them another chance since they always did really great in my pedicures. I walked in and the gal who has done my toes gave me an ugly look and began shouting at the other manicurists and the all turned to look at me, leaving me standing in the door way. Made an appointment for Saturday morning with my friend for a manicure session. This is her go to place and she raves about how much she loves it (or maybe all her raves are about Yvonne). With that being said, I agreed to give this place a try. After so long, it was finally my turn to get my turn. I didn't have very high expectations, but I definitely did not expect my nails to come out the way it did. I asked for my nails to be shaped round, but really.. I don't even think she bothered to shape them. Some of my nails are square, some are round... and some are just disastrous. My friend called them "squoval". See pics. Not only were my nails unevenly shaped, but time I was done, I noticed there was dust trapped underneath the polish so my nails were also bumpy! All in all, my manicure was a sloppy job.. and it took two people to do a sloppy job. I didn't get them shaped right, they weren't cleaned thorough enough, and there's still dust trapped underneath the nails. I left extremely disappointed. I did however see what a great job Yvonne did for my friend, so if you really want to come here - request for her. Oh and good luck finding parking. EDIT: it's been 11 days and my manicure has now chipped and started to peel at the sides. read more
