This place is the BEST!!! My son had some car issues and got a couple of bids. Not only was this shop less expensive, they were completely honest about what he did and did not need to get done. They have great software that analyzes and gives you a print out of everything that could need work or attention in the future so that you can prepare for potential upcoming expenses. I took my car in for a WHEEL ALIGNMENT in July. while my car was in the shop I needed other repairs, they replaced all 4 tires, a headlight and a tire sensor. got my car back and fine. A week later I had to make a hard turn and 3 lights I've NEVER seen before came on and it became hard to control my car. the following week the lights came on again while I was entering the highway and my control arm BROKE! I was unable to steer my car and slid onto the shoulder of the highway. they tried to say that I waited too long and didn't want to take accountability. got the car back again. SAME ISSUES. took it back they diagnosed the car which they have done every time they had my car. mind you this is now the 3rd time my car has been there in less than a month. they all of a sudden found all these issues. they got the okay to do the repairs. 8/22 I got my car back after all this extensive work just for them to give me my car back with a screwdriver stuck in my strut theh replaced ! they replaced and basically rebuilt my entire front end. there excuse was "it was an oversight" overall they have gotten over $6,000 for these repairs ! my entire family has had cars repaired there, I WILL NEVER HAVE THEM TOUCH ANOTHER CAR OF MINE ! read more

Overpriced... you can do better if you shop around. They charge a pretty high diagnostic fee to look at your car. After that, you're already financial committed, but then you find out that the work itself is also very expensive. For my job, I later found out that including diagnostic + repair I paid $150 over what would've been the total *dealership* price (so, $400 here vs $250 at the dealer). That's a big chunk of change for nothing more than a door lock actuator replacement! There is no excuse for being so more expensive than the dealership, as the whole point of going to an independent shop is that it's supposed to be cheaper. With auto shops all around, you owe it to yourself to try somewhere else first... even the dealership is a better bargain! They are also sneaky about up-selling additional repairs, for example saying that they wanted to replace my entire air filter unit because of a missing cover, which would cost over $300. I decided not to, and later on I took my car to Dobb's for an oil change and emissions test -- they said the missing cover was okay and replacing it would basically be superficial. I think some people who gave positive reviews of Azar didn't even know they were being up-sold, because Azar won't be too pushy about it, so you *think* they are an honest group. But then if you opt for maybe just one repair, then they've come out on top, because there's a pretty decent chance that in fact none of it was really necessary. Overall, I feel very upset that the other reviews gave me the sense I would get a fair price here -- quite the opposite happened and I would say buyer beware. Very sneaky shop, the "charm" is just a facade. read more

worst experiance ever while getting my car repaired. got my truck back making the same noises as when i took it to them and the issue still isnt correct after spending 1700.00. not only were the repairs done incorrectly my front wheel fell off after getting my truck back and they did nothing to correct it because of my ''attitude". maybe if the owner could see through his own arrogance he would be concerned that his poor repairs could have cost me my life. thanks for nothing azar automotive read more
