A bunch of people gave excellent ratings, so I gave them a call. Arthur responded immediately (in contrast to many contractors who don't call back or respond). He came out same day and gave me a completely reasonable estimate to re-locate a cable outlet and install electricity for my brand new gigantic and amazing flat screen. They came out the very next day and the crew arrived on time. They protected my furniture with drop cloths and plastic. The technicians went up to the attic to re-route the wiring. It must have been a zillion degrees up there, but not a single complaint. Although they had to cut out a small area in the wall for the installation, they patched it up perfectly. They even vacuumed and polished my buffet before leaving!! Arthur set a perfect example of how to exceed customer satisfaction expectations. So many desert companies today are completely flaky. They don't show up, add on extras, and do crappy work, and charge a small fortune. Not Azdea! The work that they did was SO professional - they even made the wiring on the back of the TV look and organized with zip ties. They mounted the cable box to the back of the TV. My microwave stopped heating my food so I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield. What a fiasco this turned into. Their contractor was HORRIBLE. I went to Home Depot thinking I would just buy a new one, but they referred me to the Azdea Group to hopefully repair it, and I'm SO glad they did! Gio came out within a day and knowing the brand and model of my unit, he brought various parts with him to fix whatever it was that had failed. He thoroughly tested and diagnosed the problem and quickly replaced the faulty component. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism throughout the reparation. I placed a request on yelp in desperation for immediate assistance. Arthur called me almost immediately and I explained what I needed. Our window AC was not working due to a faulty breaker. Mind you, this was the last day of our heat wave. Arthur understood that we needed help right away and showed up within the hour. This man is the kindest and very knowledgeable.
