With my iPhone in hand, I began furiously checking the price points per store for the products I wanted purchasing which is my reason purchasing from Hassett Hardware. Moreover, Hassett's customer service is TOP NOTCH; all Sales Department Employees knows EXACTLY where the products I want purchasing locations are within the store AND I don't have to HUNT searching for help either. Finally, upon ready paying for the two items, one of the Sales Department Employees inquired whether I had an Ace Hardware card for reducing the price for the products I'm purchasing: I didn't possess an Ace Hardware Card so, the Sales Department Employee signed me as an Ace Hardware Member which ultimately, I save more money purchasing the high ticket items! The two owners are so lovely and kind, the pumpkins were perfectly/ uniquely shaped, and they also have a snack shop available. They have places to sit, wheelbarrows for your pumpkins, porta pottys with a sink outside, coffee and hot chocolate available at the snack shop, and great parking spaces. We've booked the hay bale maze and it did not disappoint. It took my friend and I multiple tries to finally get out after retracing our steps (don't underestimate it!). I also experienced the petting zoo with all of its cute animals. There were chickens, ducks, goats, and pigs. I didn't get to try the haunted house, train ride, or hay ride, but I'll definitely come back to try it next time when I have the time. It's free to get into the patch, but costs $ per attraction. You can purchase at the booth or buy online to save some time. My friend and I went during mid-September, so it wasn't crowded at all and it was perfect! I highly recommend going to this farm.

I believe the owner is Ron and not sure of his wife's name. They have better quality and significantly more knowledge than Home Depot but they don't have 10 people working there. Someday we are all going to miss having experts and artisans. As you can imagine running a business is very tough especially a nursery where you have quite a bit of overhead and attention needed for all those plants and facilities. We all work hard keeping up our homes, imagine the work needed to run a nursery. Please be considerate with the negative comments and try to be patient if the few people working there are occupied.
