From the classic which is a whipped yolk, paprika oil, crisp salami, chives and orange zest, then the avocado, lemon, which is the avocado, mousse, lemon zest and sea salt, next a skirt cheesecake version which has melted cheese, caramelized, onions, and cherry peppers, and followed by the buffalo, which is a pulled chicken, buffalo sauce, Gonzalo crumble and bacon, and lastly, the truffled Wagyu, which is truffle aïoli and crispy shallots.
