Many companies will still charge you even if they can't figure out the problem. The Appliance Guys, however, were willing to forgo payment if they couldn't diagnose the issue. He explained everything in great detail and took a tour of the property. Once he was set, he spent a lot of time spraying pesticide and getting rid of spider webs.
