If I could leave no stars I would. We had some shoes on hold for my son. We were in our way to pick up the shoes and got a flat tire. We live 45 min away but we were 15 min away from the store. We got towed and got our tire patched up and it was 5:45. We called the store and asked if they could wait to close u til we got there. The guy said he wouldn't wait past 6 but if we got there by 6 then okay. Well we got there at exactly 6 and they had already closed the doors and someone was standing inside. As soon as they saw us outside they went out of sight and never opened the door..... we have bought MANY cleats from here and always make the drive BUT we will NO longer be spending our money at this store after dealing with RUDE inconsiderate employee. Bad company with bad customer service. Places an order on 12/10/24 and paid for priority mail for roughly 12 bucks. They claimed with that payment I'd receive the order within 1-3 business days, a day or two at most during busy times. i got spammed by their website with coupons for 10% off, none of those coupons worked. Placed the order anyway....reached out to customer service and received a minimal credit. still charged for expedited shipping. By the 16th no notification it had bee shipped nor had I received the order. So here we are 6 days later after paying for expedited shipping and nothing. Tried to call the 800 number went directly to voicemail and then proceeded to try their online customer support which is really just your email and wait to see what happens..... after my final email, which was the fifth by now they sent out my order and "upgraded it to UPS." Always great customer service and deals every time I come in here! I came in for new boots and Henry was extremely helpful. He noticed that I was looking around for natural leather amongst the swathes of synthetic and informed me that K leather was no longer allowed in California (and thus not the classic Copa Mundials, which were my first choice). I was nearly set on a pair of the synthetic Copas when he pointed out the difference between those and the calf leather versions, since they looked identical. They didn't have my size, but he called over to the El Monte store and said the guy over there could drive them over to the Pomona store in an hour and a half. Warning : check Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc. store pricing before making a trip to Azteca Soccer. They will markup their prices and have you paying more for gear. They marked up jerseys $30 dollars during the World Cup. Go to other retailers that have fixed prices on their gear and won't rip you off. Check retailers online first so you know you won't get ripped of. They will take advantage of customers if you don't know.
