Make sure you order a year in advance because they will give you the run around promising you a timeline that will not be met and keep pushing it back a week when that week comes they'll push it back another week so if you're planning to order here make sure you order them a year in advance to hopefully have them by the time you need them even then I'm sure they'll push it back another week I would post a picture of our jerseys however I can't since we don't even have them yet cus they're pushed back another week we were promised the first week of September and ordered a month in advance read more

I've used them before and the quality has been good. Just did a rather big order and never received the jerseys. I called Jenna to ask about the jerseys and she said "its out of our control". Um. No. I paid a lot of money for something I did not receive. I work from home. I sit literally at the window that leads to my doorstop. NOTHING was delivered. A company with good customer service would say -- oh, i'm sorry. It shows it was delivered. Let me call UPS and get right back to you. This is NOT what was said. I am definitely left with the feeling that if they cant get anywhere with UPS, I will be out several hundreds of dollars. It is unfortunate -- I have had good luck with them in the past. Buyer BEWARE! Read all the reviews they are completely accurate except for the 5 star. The worse customer service I ever experienced. So this will be my first of two reviews. After reading all the bad reviews I was a little nervous doing business here. However, I figured I would still give it a go. I have been working with Lulu and she has been extremely helpful and nice and patient with me. I went in for a quote and she explained to me the entire process of getting the shirts done and printed me quote. I called the next day to place an order and to explain my artwork ideas and she was extremely patient with me and although its a little difficult to explain artistic ideas through the phone, she took her time to understand and comprehend my vision. Premier Athletics is a printer of custom softball jerseys. Don't get me wrong... they do GREAT work... if and when you finally get it! That being said, P.A. has a HUGE problem with hitting promised timelines regarding printing of their products. I've placed 3 orders with them... the first 2 orders were in 2012 and the last in 2014. The first order took quite awhile, but I was none the wiser since I had never used them before. When I did a reorder of the same jerseys the following season for some new players that joined the team, I was told it'd be about 7-10 days. A little over 3 weeks later, the jerseys were in hand. Kind of blew because 1/3 of our season had passed, but I I chose not to cause a stink, I decided to learn from it. So they're slow... extremely slow. Got it! Fast forward to 2014, our team decided to change colors which meant it was time for new jerseys again. I submitted the $200 deposit (must be done in order to start the order), the jersey order and new artwork (which actually saves them time because they don't have to go back and forth trying to get a design right) OVER 60 days before the start of our upcoming season. I wanted to allow plenty of time for them to "do their thing" so the jerseys would be in hand before the start of our softball season. Wrong. I come to find out that the artwork I sent to my rep wasn't even forwarded to their designer to convert into their templates until almost 3 weeks later. Then after submission, 2 weeks pass before I even hear from the designer guy with questions/changes. I submit the changes requested and then wait. So, 2 more weeks pass and... nothing. I decided to involve my rep who proceeds to tell me that the edited files never made it to his designer. Really... LIES!!! I have no errors on my end saying the files didn't make it there. I choose to calmly resend the files using the same address and BAM... they make it there. How odd they didn't make it there in the first place. No worries... I still have a few weeks before the season starts. More than enough time for a 10-day turn around like P.A. claims. Regardless, at this point, you would think that P.A. would "fast track" our order to the head of the class since we are WAAAAAY behind schedule. Wrong. Instead, I'm told week after week, "they'll be here next week". Well, we're 2 games into the season... 71 days after placing my order and artwork submission... and we still have no jerseys. This is simply inexcusable! My point of contact is a local rep. I don't want to name him, but he is the one who relays to me what is going on. I got a plethora of excuses this time... some blaming himself and some blaming the factory. Not sure who is to blame here... but at this point, I'm going to have to start looking elsewhere for my team jerseys in the future. At no time was I offered a heartfelt "sorry" or any sort of "how can I make this better"? Instead, I'm accused of being the asshole because I'm hounding my rep for my product. To make matters worse, I'm still expected to pay full pop for jerseys that were promised in 10-days, yet I had to wait over 71 days to get them. That's just bad business. I suggest you save yourself the same headaches I've had to deal with from Premiere Athletics and find somewhere else to have your jerseys printed. read more

I'm the President For a SoCal Pop Warner Association and this year we choose to use Premier to make our Jersey's for the 2016. I can tell you that our Board and the families are very happy with the products. We did provide $1000 to begin our order which was applied to our deliveries later on. I was so pleased with turn around times. Some of the best things I like about using Premier. - Sizing Kits (Not just for Jersey's but fan attire) - All work done in house - Examples of Spirit Wear so families could touch and feel and see the quality of product. - SoCal business so when an order is last minute due to my organization I could immediately drive down and grab it. - Last but not least the Quality Assurance of deliveries. With an organization of 200 participants what was delivered to our organization was exactly what we ordered. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! I went to the location spoke with a sales associate was told about a special. The same day I called in to pay and was told the special was no longer available. I asked for a manager a woman got on the phone who was very rude. I continued to speak to the owners son the manager he was rude told me but they were so busy with orders they no longer needed to have a special and why give me a special price when he could charge me much more he then said he would call me back and never did. The day in the sales room I ordered a pair of pants the sales associate told me it would be one week now we're going on over two weeks and I still have not received a phone call. I called a few days ago to check on the order and was told I would receive a call back and never did... I ended up using Raza life is great customer service and accurate timeline to receive your goods. read more

I spoke with Adrien about getting football uniforms. He sent me a quote we decide to proceed. I asked him to send me the artwork and he demanded a $1000 Deposit before sending me any artwork. I explained to him that I didn't think our non profit board was not going to give me a check with out seeing what the where going to get for it. He then responded in a very condescending tone that we where not in the position to make such demands. He proceed to tell me that they are so busy that they have 8 Graphic designers and "didn't want our business" How extremely rude. We have been around for 50 Years and have purchased many uniforms and have never had a problem getting artwork sent to us before purchase. We have had to put deposits down prior getting a fit kit but not a $1000 deposit. I don't think it unreasonable to know what we are paying for before hand over $1000. Adrian you are rude, unnecessarily aggressive and extremely condescending. Good Luck. read more
