Me and my husband went in search of tires and rims for my car ended up not having the rims I wanted , but I still needed tires the next day I went back and got what I thought was brand new tires. Paid my money drove away and not 5 miles away I have a flat tire call AAA to tow me back and was told that I ran over something and that cause the flat I ended up paying a price for another tire. 2nd time taking my truck to these guys. 1st visit I was getting 2 used tires install on the front. They scrapped a large amount of paint of the front wheel face. Noticed after I got home, let it slide decided not to make it a big deal since I was planning on powder coating the wheels. 2nd visit I was getting my rear outer (dually) tires replaced and they gouged some of the metal of the lip of the rim. Guy tried to explain how it is not possible for them to do it. He also told me that I should have communicated with the manager so that extra care was taken with replacing the tires. If your intention is to get your aftermarket wheels or painted wheels to get messed up. Then these are the guys you want to go to. Never again. read more

some months back, my husband took his chevy. Tahoe to get a new tire put on the rim when we first approached the place everyone was standing around looking looking at each other, not acknowledging that we were even there so my husband got out of the car went over there to try to talk to someone everybody act like they were busy and ignore him finally he asked someone a question. How much would you charge to put this tire on the rim that's on my car nobody answered. Finally one guy said you have to talk to the manager. The manager brought his rude ass out there not talking to my husband, talking to one of the guys gave him an answer and the price and walked back in the building. I'm sitting there in my car watching them how they're acting towards him. I told my husband just leave this place. These people are very rude and unprofessional. Don't give them a dime of your money. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I brought my car here to get all NEW tires on my Corolla and after leaving the tire pressure light goes on.. I check my tire pressure and all tires are good. So I take it back to Azteca to reset my tire pressure light. I've done this three times now with the same problem... only to find out through Toyota that they damaged my sensors when putting my tires on. Now over 300$ in charges later... Toyota has to replace my sensors all around. Hopefully that's the only thing they've damaged. I will never get tires from them again. I guess I'll be taking my car to Toyota, pay a little more and they do it the right way. read more

I'd leave them a zero stars if I could. I'm very upset at their service. Got one of my tires popped a few days after getting them here and almost got into an accident. I thought they'd be reliable because they were new but not all all. They guaranteed that I'd get a warranty and when I reported this to them, they didn't bother doing anything about it. I do not recommend anyone go to Azteca unless you need a used tire! I paid $800 for brand new rims and tires a year ago. I had the tires rotated every time I took the car for an oil change. The brand new tires lasted for exactly a year and today I while getting brand new tires put on somewhere else, I was told that Azteca put the wrong studs on my tires that do not fit and I'm lucky my wheels haven't come off while I'm driving. read more

Just left here. Waited 15-20 minutes to get helped and no one helped us. Two workers passed us and not one greeted us or asked what we needed. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Bought 4 new tires from Azteca a few months back. The guy who sold me the tires told me the tires had a 45,000 mile warranty. My wife gets a flat tire last night, we take it back to Azteca today and the guy tells me "the tire is no good and has a factory defect. I can sell you a brand new one for my wholesale cost of $95.00" Really? If it's a factory defect, the tire should've been exchanged under the warranty at no cost. After going back and forth with them, they flat out refused to exchange the tire. Stay far away from these scammers. Myself, being a business owner, I work very closely with the BBB and you can bet I am going to report this and it will not go very smoothly for Azteca Tire for not doing the right thing for their customers. read more

Got the best quote in town for a set of Hankook Venus v12 evo2 tires. I like that they don't hit you with all these fees like pep boys does. Everything is a fee with them (dismount, mount, balancing, tpms sensor removal, tpms sensor installation, etc.). I asked if they charged extra to install my tpms sensors. The owner just said "no, just bring them in and we can put them back on". read more

Azteca tires not only had my size, but they quoted me a price on the phone, and stuck to it after I drove from fort Irwin. No hidden fees, no BS. Just great service.
