America's Tire has thousands of locations nationwide so it has been my first choice for all my tire needs. I had not been to this location before but had visited several locations in other cities. I had high expectations of a good experience. I had a tire with a screw in it that needed to be repaired. Appointments are very easy to reserve online. Unfortunately, the tire was further damaged during the repair due to the angle of the puncture. As a result, I was given a new tire of the same brand free of charge except for the purchase of a new $35 warranty certificate. This was a great deal since a new tire would have been over $200. One tip: If there is an extended warranty available to cover damage and replacement, I highly recommend purchasing that. Worth every penny. The amount of debris on the roads isn't getting any better. Service at America's Tire has always been exemplary. Staff is polite, helpful, and friendly. The waiting areas are comfortable and restrooms are clean. There is also free coffee and water available. This location was very busy but I managed to be on my way within a reasonable hour's time. read more

Stopped by since we saw they had my tires in stock. Earlier that day we had a blow out while driving through Wrightwood. So we slapped on the spare and headed back into town for a new set. We had gone to Costco and they had nothing in stock for my car. Then we check American tire depot and nope. We also check Just Tires and nothing in stock until Monday. So when I saw that America's Tires had five in stock we called and they confirmed. We pulled up and Collin assisted us. He was very helpful suggesting tire certificate and adding AAA discount. He said tires would be done within an hour and they were! Location was clean, lots of guys in the shop mounting and dismounting. It's a busy location, there were several ppl waiting but dispute that they completed our set within the hour as promised. When I picked up my car I was happy with my purchase. We purchased brand new tires on Saturday and woke up to one flat tire Sunday. Before leaving the tire shop(close to closing time) my husband told them that the tire light was on. They basically said it will go away once the car gets adjusted to the new tires. Sunday morning we noticed the back tire completely flat and sure enough they are closed Sunday. Edit to business: your link doesn't work. First off, I'd like to say that everyone here was very friendly and the store is very clean. They are often busy and I could see why. It saddens me to write this but finding a good alignment shop in the high desert is already bad as it is. I came here hoping to have found a new "go to" shop for tires and alignment. But that's not the case. I brought my truck here after having a new steering box installed and it needing a alignment. After the first attempt, the steering wheel was still off centered but 90% better. After leaving, I noticed there was still RED markings on my alignment sheet. I contacted the manager and asked why all the sectors arnt in the "green" for a good alignment. They stated it was a mishap and I could bring it back for a redo. I did, also because the steering wheel wasn't aligned centered. No big deal, brought it in the next morning and they got it right in. This time, everything was in the green. GREAT! steering wheel wasn't aligned still off, slightly better but still off. At this point I cut my losses and just dealt with it. The reason for the 1 star is now after the 30 day warranty, my truck pulls to the right while driving. It's after the 30 days so I would have to pay for an alignment again. read more

My friend and I were on our way home to Las Vegas, after stopping for lunch my tire light came on. It happens sometimes so I didn't think much of it. We made one more stop and I looked at my tire...it was almost flat! :( We were able to put enough air in it to get us to Americas Tire. When we got there the lobby was full and I thought oh man we are gonna be here forever! I noticed that everyone working was super nice! Welcoming and thanking everyone as they walked in the door letting us know they'd be with us asap. Zay came out from behind the counter to help me. We walked out and he took a look at my tire and knew the issue immediately. He wrote up my service, even upsold me new wiper blades. (Hey I needed them so why not?) it was 3:30 Zay told he they'd have me out of there by 4:35, true to his word, I was in my car driving away at 4:33. I was safely back on the road hone in under an hour and less than $100 including new wiper blades. Great deal! Great service! 5 out of 5 would recommend. I brought my car in because for the second time in a month I got a nail/screw in one of my tires. I made an appointment online, which I recommend highly, and I was seen within five minutes of arrival, and was given quick service with a friendly attitude; Robert is great! I do wish they had an assigned counter for those people who make appointments, because even if you make an appointment, you have to wait in line, and sometimes the line can get long, especially in the afternoon. This location doesn't have trained techs. Came in for a vibration on new tires that only had a week on them. They re-balanced them and sent me on my way. Vibration was still there. I ask for them to rebalance them again a week later, they check them and say they are good and send me on my way. Vibration is still there AND they leave my steering wheel VERY dirty and went to use windex and simple green to clean leather. Absolutely the fuck not. I had to get a paper towel with water and wipe it down myself just to be able to leave and go to another store. I go to another store and find out they balanced the wheel wrong and put on over 8ounces of weight!!! That's an insane amount. Anything over 4ounces, the tire should be replaced (brand new mind you). read more

Apparently making an appointment doesn't really help as my service still took over 3 hours for a tire repair, rotation and alignment. The guy who checked me in recommended that I get an alignment which took an extra hour and a half past the tire repair itself. Wish this location would value the customers time. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. When I drive over to the one in Hesperia, they actually expedite the appointments vs the walk ins. Next time, I will just drive a few miles further as my time is valued there. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF! If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys have no clue what they're doing. I purchased their warranty for my tires. At the time of purchase I was told that if I hit a pothole or something happens to the tires they will be replaced at no charge at any of their 1100 locations. After hitting a pothole I didn't lose air so I didn't think anything of it. While getting my oil change they noticed that the tire was cupping and separating. I brought it into this location and first thing they said was oh it was purchased at another location. Then they made one excuse after another as to why they couldn't replace the tire, but they would give me some credit for my tire, but they would have to order it. They also attempted to sell me a different brand tire. Why would I want unmatched tires? Then they told me that I needed to replace both front tires. Gave me a $700 quote for two tires. I told them if they needed to order my tire to have it sent to the original location that I purchased my tires. They said, "why would we do their work for them, would you like their number so you can call and have them order the tire". The guys here are a joke and know absolutely nothing about tires or cars. Please don't go here until they hire new staff. This is the first Americas tires that I've received horrible customer service in over 20 years. Go to any other location besides this one. I ended up going back to where I purchased my tires originally. Another Americas tires and they replaced both fronts under warranty because of the damage on both tires. I just had to pay for the protection again. $28 per tire. read more

I went my wife to get an alignment on our new Yukon. She called and made an appointment but when she got there there it was extremely busy! When she was heading to the office, they called her by name and noted down all the car information and got her keys. By the time she went back to the car and got a few personals, to sit in the office, the they had already pulled the vehicle in and inspected! Within 20 minutes the alignment was completed! Exceptional service! This is the second time I've been to this location and they are always friendly, respectful, attentive and efficient. Today, I couldn't find an appointment through their online system and I called - promptly answered by Robert and he encouraged me to swing by. I arrived in approximately 10 minutes and he took care of the nail in my tire AND taught me how to reset my car so it stores my tire pressures. He didn't HAVE to do that but he did and it's truly the little things that will keep me bragging to family/friends about this particular company/location. I can not say enough good things about the team here at this location. I live in dirt roads so I get flats ALL THE TIME! The team here always greats me with a smile and assures me that it's not a problem and they will get me taken care of ASAP. As a woman I feel safe coming to America's tire and don't ever feel pressured by anything. This morning I dropped off my tire to be patched and had my baby in the car, I received the notification that my tire was ready to be picked up. I called and explained the situation and asked if it was possible for them to bring the tire out to my car so I didn't have to get the baby out of the car seat etc. They said it was no problem at all, and happily brought my tire to me in my car. If you ever need tires, absolutely come here! I'll be an America's tire customer for life and hope to find a location as great as this one when I move in the next month! read more

Oddly a kitten got stuck in the engine of our car. No one else would bother to do it. My wife freaking out driving down the street with it crying. Finally this place. Who has sold me tires several times cared. They not only got it out, but asked if someone wanted a kitten or it was going to the shelter. A customer took the kitten, fell in love with it instantly. I haven't had serious issues before with America's Tire but just happy with the services and professionalism, but as of lately with specifically the Victorville location, something really needs to be addressed with staff and management. Seems staff is not trained properly or just trying to cheat on people. One of the services I asked for was to inspect a tire that has been slowly deflating. The salesperson was suggesting that maybe I might need to buy a new tire...I know the issue that my tire had was fixable and not major. I made it clear to him that I know it's not necessary to buy a new tire. They inspect the tire and supposedly they didn't found anything. On top of that, they didn't put the proper air pressure on the bad tire (had it very low) but the other ones were good. I know my tire was not that bad and had them inflate it properly before I took off. Took my car to another America's Tire (shoutout to Hesperia location) that are honest and know the hick what their doing, and they found/showed me the culprit and patched the tire up. Like I mentioned above, management or corporate really needs to take care of something in the Victorville location. I believe the above recent experience that I had drew the line and management/corporate needs to take action. read more

This America's Tire is the best Tire place in the High Desert. I went and got tires for my car yesterday unfortunately the ones I want were out of stock. Daniel said he could order them and they would be in, in a day or two. I paid for the tires, warranty, and alignment that day Daniel called me the very next day in the morning to tell me that the tires were in and ready for me. I went in after work to have them put on my car. They were very busy with cars. I was told that it would be about 2 hours. Which I understood because people need tires. I let Daniel know I would be in my car having dinner, he said ok I will come and get you when it's time for your car. They came and got my car in about 15 minutes. We sat outside waiting and talking. When Daniel came to find me to let me know that my cars alignment was perfect and did not need to be done and he wanted to refund me the money for that. OMG!!! The honesty was so refreshing. They could have not said a word and just kept my money. That did not happen. The kindness, honesty and great customer service here is fabulous. I can't say it enough how wonderful I was treated. The tires I ordered were coming from Oklahoma but didn't arrive. They took care of me with tires they had available that were better. Installed them the next day. I was on a road trip from Vegas to L.A. and had two blow outs on my right side, front and rear (Lucky me, should've played the lotto). Anyways, my tires are only 12k miles in and really good condition but the darn road conditions in Victorville just tore up my tires. I paid $1250 for tires. I go in for an alignment a year later and they say I do need new tires. I bought these tires 30,000 miles ago. They have a warranty of 45,000 miles. And he said they can't honor my warranty. Like why did I spend all that money here if they weren't going to honor my warranty. Just unacceptable. read more

This place is pretty good for tires & affordable. We did get mixed information from staff when we booked the appointment. (Hence removing a star) The rep told us he quoted us for tires and an alignment. However, when I arrived the rep at the desk said their mechanics did not even know how to do an alignment and that they do not provide that service. (My car desperately needed an alignment).
