The owner sold me a tire with a bubble in it that was verified by another tire shop. I brought the tire back the next day and he told me there was no bubble in it, but gave me back less than half of what I paid for it. He tried to convince me the other shop was just trying to sell me a tire, but yet my tire light came on after driving on the one he sold me. Needless to say, I took it to another tire shop to get a 3rd opinion and they, too, verified it had a bubble in it. If it wasn't for my car being towed to this tire shop, I would have drove off after hearing the owner arguing with an elderly man. My first impression was not impressive when the owner was denying the man's claim of what I assumed to be bad service or product. Later on he tried to tell me that I didn't call to verify that he had my tire size before being towed to his shop. He said he didn't have my tire size contradicting what I was told on the phone. He acted like he didn't know I was there although I informed him the tow truck driver made contact with the shop before dropping the car in parking lot. He later apologized and remembered my call and then sold me a defective and dangerous tire. read more

After waiting nearly an hour for my appointment at Pep boys with no end in sight- I called Legit Tires to see how long it would take to look at a leaky tire. Daniel on the phone was very kind and let me know they could have me in and out in no time and to come on over! When someone says "this is legit" you know it is usually sketch, and I should of went somewhere else. I was the only customer the worker attended to, who I assume is the owner, and took an hour and half to change all 4 tires. I don't understand why he took so long, but I let him do what he had to do. I bought a faulty tire. It flattened and bubbled the next day. He was going to switch out the tire for free until he wanted to charge a labor fee for something that should take 5-10 minutes, but as I said before he takes forever and a day. He ended up arguing and getting upset. I try to support small businesses as much as possible but the way he conducts business is not proper. It's a lesson learned and $40 wasted. Also, I wasn't given or offered receipt for my 4 tires but I had to rush to work..I should of told him to give me one. This place is ass. They put the lug nut into the impact gun and tighten it. They don't thread it on my hand to make sure it's not cross threading. So basically I went to remove my wheels figured out that it was cross threaded and it snapped my lug off. DONT GO HERE!!! They obviously have no clue what they're doing. Just a bunch of uneducated people trying to make a quick dollar. Not to mention they scratched and chipped my wheels. read more

After calling AAA, this was the "only" place that was open and able to help me. They fixed my tire, however the tire that they had put on my car was no good and blew out again the next day. Terrible customer service. The worker was just sitting in some car on his phone when i got there and he got out and asked me what can he do for me... there balancer "doesn't work"(doubt they even have one).. and scratched the heck out of my wheel trying to take the tire off(which he failed to do). 0 stars if possible. Oh, and not to mention when he bolted the wheel back on. Sat there forever with the impact gun tightening the lugs. And nearly impossible to get off. Not torqued to spec what so ever. called and asked specifically for a brand of tires, they told me they had them in and gave me a reasonable price, drove 20 mins to them. I waited out front and no one came out for a good 5 mins, I walked to the back of the shop to get someones attention, two gentlemen were working, I told them I had called about some tires, they pulled the tires out and they were not the ones I had talked on the phone with them. They basically said our job was not a priority and they would stop to help someone else. No big deal we drop them off. When we come back he said it would be ten minutes. I have to say that the young man name Austin at Legit tire was truly a lifesaver! After getting a flat tire late at night after 10pm & having AAA help by switching the flat with the ugly donut spare in the trunk I still needed to get my tire fixed and being a Sunday night after 10pm I didn't know what I was going to do....but after finding Legit Tire on Bear Valley Road & speaking to Austin who was so great I knew that I wouldn't have to be driving around with that ugly spare donut which was very comforting.
