When coordinating, I had an unusual setup. 8 family members taking 3 different flights that were spread out in a 48 hour period. Thus, 3 separate airport pickups. All I needed was a company who could coordinate these airport transfers without giving me a massive headache. Enter: Ride In Style Limo. My hero in black leather seats. I needed a sedan for #1, a big SUV for #2, and then another sedan---for myself. After doom-scrolling Uber estimates of the $100-$125 per ride (plus the emotional cost of maybe getting a Toyota Corolla that smells like gym socks), I looked online and found Ride In Style. Preet responded fast, quoted me a fair price...honestly...it was only slightly more than what a rideshare would've cost. Worth. Every. Penny. The cars? Clean, spacious, and didn't smell like sadness or Febreze. The drivers? Total pros. They texted us ahead of time, met us at the curb like royalty (no dragging our bags across the airport to find some mystery JFK pickup zone), and were exactly where they said they'd be. Each ride was smooth and easy---literally 5-star service all around. But here's where they really shined: my red-eye flight got delayed by FOUR HOURS. These saints didn't flinch. They tracked the flight themselves and showed up right when I landed at JFK, like some beautiful punctual limo fairy godmother. No frantic texts. No "call us when you land." Just peace, comfort, and zero stress. Honestly, I want this company to handle all areas of my life. Airport pickups? Nailed it. Emotional support? Feels like they could do that too. I'll absolutely be using them again the next time I'm in New York. I'll also be recommending them to anyone who wants VIP-level airport service without selling a kidney. Huge thanks to Ride In Style Limo. You made my family's chaotic arrival feel like a breeze. Pro tip: If you're tired, cranky, or just allergic to rideshare roulette, this is the company to call. Bravo.

About a month or so ago I booked them for a trip for 2 weeks ago I had booked them to pick my family of 5 up to take us to JFK airport. Since the experience the first time was ok I figured I would use them again and I figured it would be easier than driving into the city with an 1 , 5 and 6 year old and dealing w the added stress and high price to park the car. I got a call at 9:30 at night the night before I left. I didn't respond right away because I was hosting a fundraising event. I also got a text. I answered right when I saw it around 11 at night and said I never got a confirmation. No response to my text. The next day no one showed up for pick up. I called after waiting I texted and left a message. My husband called and left a message as well. I also then wrote an e mail, sent one or two more texts. No response. After waiting for 30 min we had to leave and we're forced to take our car into the city and we were stressing. When I landed I wrote another text and again no response. I was concerned that I would get charged for a service I never got a courtesy response no apology. I wrote another e mail and again no response . I'm not about bashing businesses but not one response is horrible and unprofessional.rushing into the city with young kids and nearly late to our flight because my husband had to drop us off and park the car when we scheduled a service is ridiculous. You messed up and didn't pick us up it's fine but how about a reliance and an apology?!?

Including the pictures of all the bruises all over My 78 year old mother body. She's been in pain ever since the incident. We have yet to see a incident report of any kind and not even as much as a apology or call of concern from and management or owners. Therefore I will be reporting you to any media , better business bureau , Yelp ext. also and most importantly legal representation will be sought! These pictures are from today May 19th these pictures are what she looks like 6 days after the incident your drive caused my mother and your company is dismissing. How would you feel if this was your mother or wife? This conformation clearly states a town car will be picking her up and your company sent a party bus. There was no communication of any other vehicle changes. The driver saw she was clearly has trouble getting around due to her age and recent surgery yet he still pushed that she gets in this high giant bus and her had to help her physically to do so. Then insisted she stepped on this child booster seat to get out which he didn't even hold in place so it slipped out from under her so fell out of this party bus into traffic at the airport. She was completely on the ground! There was no help called to tend to her in anyway. A passing bystander stopped to help her off the ground. She was completely flustered and upset. This entire thing is unacceptable!

For those that travel often, you know that after taking a cross country red eye, all you want to do is get home and go to sleep. So, the plane is on time and My wife (with no luggage) goes to the pre-arranged outside pickup spot, but there is no driver. For anyone who has ever arrived into Newark at 5:00am, you know it's not the place one wants to be. My wife kept calling the company, who only had a voicemail on at that hour, wondering where her driver was. Anyway, long story short, she finally received a call back from the driver saying he didn't show up because he overslept. He said he would leave his home immediately, and to sit tight. An hour after the scheduled time, he finally arrives. I'm livid, and I send text messages to Marc the owner about the situation, but he never replies. I sent 7 messages over a 6 week period, and still no reply. I know this owner personally and have used him before. After 7 weeks, I I finally send a text message saying I've had enough of his lack of professionalism and remorse, so I'm disputing the charge with my credit card. Yes, this owner charged me 100% of the rate and *HE* even added in a gratuity. I got a profanity laden set of messages back lacking an apology and claiming that the driver was only 22 minutes late so it's no big deal (it was over an hour). He also said he would take me to court for theft of services if I dispute the charge, and he proceeded to make personal attacks against me and my wife. I am sure many people have used 17 North in the past without issue. Congrats. But, what really defines a business owner is how he deals with things when there is a problem because it is easy to run a business when things go right. It's when things go wrong do we really know ones business skills. I won't ever use this company again, and I caution any woman traveling by alone to be aware of what happened to --------------------- This review update is made in August 25, 2018 after reading Marc's rambling reply full of more lies. We will leave his ramblings to show just what type of person the owner is. I can prove everything I say and do. For example, our company hired 17 North to provide a free ride to anyone in Mahwah unable to get to the polling place for the November 7, 2017 election. The agreed rate was $400. Contrary to Marc's claim, he did not chase us down for weeks to obtain payment. We asked for an invoice, and on November 10, 2017 the $400 invoice was paid. I uploaded our payment receipt to the review and it appears after Marc's ramblings. As they say, get caught in one lie and your credibility is gone. As to all of the other defamatory remarks he made, we will leave it to the police and quite possibly our attorney to sort out. He thinks I will delete this review, but why? His ramblings and lies just proves you should avoid 17 North Limo at all costs.

    BUYER BEWARE! I was a big fan of Marc & his limo service…read moreafter my first experience using him. I was referred to him by a trusted friend who was very impressed by the service she received. I felt fortunate that Marc himself made my Newark airport runs. We had a great chat on the road & I found him to be friendly & professional. Imagine my shock when I had a confirmed reservation a couple of weeks ago for another airport run (this time to JFK) AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. I tried desperately to reach Marc, or anyone with his company. I left multiple voicemails on one of his lines; for the other line, the mailbox was full. I sent him texts & emails. I never heard back from him - not at the time as it became an hour after the scheduled pick up, or in the two & a half weeks since. I had spoken with him personally just the morning before in order to give him my credit card & he assured me that all was good - I could sit back & relax. A friend & I needed to catch a flight to Albuquerque. There is only one airline that offers a direct flight & only once a day & only on certain days. Marc's deeply unprofessional & disappointing behavior could have ruined our entire trip. Fortunately, my friend has an actual professional limo service she uses &, unbelievably, they were able to step in at literally the last minute & save our trip. NOTE: Yelp has chosen to place me in California, which is incorrect. I am in the NYC area.
