I went to the store to have the battery replaced under the warranty policy. However, I was asked numerous questions and was not given a replacement until a week after I initially reported the battery as defective. I also discovered that they had apparently placed a "red flag" on my account because of this situation. In my experience, AutoZone did not honor its warranty policy in a timely or satisfactory manner. If i could leave zero stars i would. I purchased a 2015…read morenissan altima april 21, 2026. It needed a simple crank shaft sensor replacement. I sent this car to bensom nissan on may 14, 2026 to have the work done. After all was done i was informed that i now needed a motor bc there was a broken spark plug. I told them to stop all work and had the behicle sent back to me. When it was returmed it was skipping, coils werent even the correct ones amd.bolts under the hood were missing. I cant get anyone on the pbone. I have pics and.i have kept notes regarding this. This car did not need a motor before iit wemt to benson. I had a shop inspect it before i purchased it and after. It was clearly bensons fault. Dont take your car here unless you just want to pay them for repairs they caused.
