Had to bring my car back 5 times, and they charged me for each repair. Saying it was always something different every time.

For a 16-year-old car, it didn't feel right. Before heading home, I stopped by Good Works Auto Body nearby. The owner came out, calmly took a look, reached inside, and adjusted the panel--the problem was gone in seconds. I also showed him the paint scratches on my car, and he gently wiped them off with thinner. Just like that, my car looked clean and blue again. When I asked what I owed, he smiled and said, "I didn't do anything--no charge." I was honestly taken aback. It's rare to meet someone who leads with genuine care instead of trying to make a quick transaction. This kind of integrity stays with you. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely return.

Good works said it was a battery sensory that was wrong costing me over $600 dollars and a couple of days later my starter went out. They estimate was $1,000 dollars and the starter itself was $700. I had to go and research a fair price and was able to get it down a little, but with labor and SHOP Fee's it was almost the same price to fix. I Will never go back to the this place as the advertise to be a family shop and there prices are very high for all parts and labor. It left a very bad taste in my mouth as i had to spend over $1,400 dollars of repairs and the first battery sensory repair was not even needed. Go at your own risk Rob

I would shop here again if I had more money Isaac Granados…read moreis awesome I'm referring him to everyone I know until I can come back

I had an extremely disappointing experience attempting to purchase a Toyota Tundra from Carizona…read more I placed a $2,000 deposit based on how the vehicle was represented and then paid for an independent pre-purchase inspection. That inspection uncovered multiple problems that were not apparent from the listing, including a cracked dash screen, a tear in the rear seat that had been covered with duct tape, and significant cosmetic/body concerns. After receiving the inspection, I gave Carizona two reasonable options: repair the vehicle so it matched how it had been represented to me, or return my deposit. I documented multiple attempts to resolve the situation but did not receive a satisfactory response. What was particularly frustrating was discovering later that Carizona had apparently made repairs to the truck and relisted it. I was never contacted to tell me the repairs had been completed or given an opportunity to move forward with the purchase. I had to find the new listing myself. The truck was subsequently advertised at approximately $2,000 less than the price I had been dealing with--which essentially corresponds to the amount of my deposit. This experience ultimately cost me the $2,000 deposit, the cost of the independent inspection, additional expenses, and a significant amount of time trying to resolve the matter. The dispute is now the subject of pending litigation, so I will let the court determine the legal issues. My advice to anyone considering a vehicle here is simple: get an independent pre-purchase inspection before committing significant money, carefully document the vehicle's advertised condition, and keep copies of all communications. I would have much preferred for Carizona to simply communicate with me and resolve this professionally.
