Jen was remarkable with my questions, concerns, suggestions, budget - you name it - she listened and would offer professional comfort (is there such a thing in carpet cleaning if so this company offers it). Their prices seemed on par with others (and I got alot of quotes) but it was Jen's level of knowledge and understanding that stood out. She quoted me a price but said the tech would assess the situation (while there) and modify the price if he didn't think certain carpet areas needed heavy treatment. The tech Angel was truly a hard working magician. We were both skeptical of the carpet condition but at one point (during phone call) we both said LET'S GO FOR IT. Like we were buddies throwing our last chip on the poker table for one last play. I held my breath for a few hours (while he worked). And oh my freaking goodness... The CARPETS WERE 93%+ BETTER. Recently, I had them come out because I suspected termites in one of our rafter tails. To their credit, they correctly identified that specific spot as just fungus and didn't try to oversell me on treatments I didn't need. However, their inspection was incredibly brief. They spent only a few minutes scanning the house, didn't check the attic at all, and gave us the all-clear. A couple of days later, I had a second company come out for another look. They spent almost an hour doing a thorough inspection and found a severe termite infestation in a different rafter tail that was almost entirely hollowed out. They spotted the signs right through the paint. Green Flash completely missed this. On top of the missed inspection, the wood rot repairs Green Flash did for us 5 years ago (costing about $1,200) have both failed and need to be redone. They spliced a rafter tail that is now loose, and it turns out they miscut a replacement barge board on the back of the house. To cover up the bad cut, they glued a scrap piece of wood over it, which has since detached and is currently hanging off the board. Bottom line: They failed to do a thorough termite inspection, and their carpentry work doesn't hold up. I highly recommend getting a second opinion on their inspections and hiring a dedicated specialist for any actual wood repairs.

These guys are great! I have had them clean the carpets in our twice and both times were excellent. They arrive on time and get the job done fast. One thing that really sold me was the fact that they can just hack into the kitchen sink to use the water from there and there is not need for an external faucet outside or anything like that. They are always super polite and are very reasonably priced. I'll be using them in the future. read more

We were afraid that we were going to have to replace our 20 year old carpet. But happily, Buddy and Lou did an AMAZING job getting out the stains and high traffic dirt in our light colored carpet. They gave it new life! They had the latest equipment which was no louder than a vacuum cleaner. We were billed the same price that Buddy had quoted.
