However, they gave us a couple quotes in person that needed revised and said they would send the updated quotes via email. We never got them so we stopped by and realized they had the wrong email. We corrected that on the spot and they said they would re-send the updated quotes via email. They re-sent the same old quotes but not the new updated quotes. I called and told them they sent the wrong quotes and asked for the updated; however, they never came. I verified with them on the phone that they did have the correct email so that was not the issue. I was getting tired of the fact that I had to continually follow up and pursue them to try and work with them. I am the customer, if they are not willing to follow up concerning prospective work then I question their commitment to the customer and the product they sell. I do not think it is too much to desire good customer service. So we reached out to Cutting Edge Countertops in Delaware, Ohio and was blown away by their professionalism and customer service.
