After bringing my bike in for lost keys, a repair I was told over the phone would cost a few hundred dollars was suddenly inflated to a thousand-dollar charge for a new fob system. When I calmly questioned the owner, Phil, about cost-effective solutions, he dismissed my concerns, rolled his eyes, and walked away. During that first service, their installation of the new fob system compromised the bike's wiring, resulting in the security light staying on. To fix this, they installed a red light bulb that ultimately melted the housing of my custom smoked lights. When I returned to address the melted plastic, the manager initially admitted the damage was their fault, but then told me I had to pay for the part. After I declined to pay, he informed me that Phil had added a note to my file banning me from the dealership solely because he believed I had written a bad review. This level of retaliation and poor service is entirely unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter to Harley-Davidson corporate and the Better Business Bureau to ensure a thorough review of this partnership's practices.

I was going to take the wheels off myself as I want to get more familiar with my bike being a new rider, but I'm glad I didn't. I knew the right thing to do was to bring it to P&M. Then when I go to pay him, was stunned and amazed at the modest price Paul gave me. I feel very fortunate to have this little gem of a shop here in Petaluma. I will never go anywhere else. Taken my BMW F800ST here twice…read more Once for an oil/filter change plus new tire install at which point while balancing the rear tire they discovered by rear wheel was out of true. Found a used but straight "as new" wheel on line for $100 and they installed that. Would never have noticed but for them but better safe than sorry. Recently they fixed my on again/off again front brake and intermittent brake light. Debris in the brake fluid and the calipers hadn't been serviced since new. Will be returning for sure. So glad they are around as many many dealers have closed. They service all Euro brands of motos.

I…read morebrought my older bike in just to get new tires put on, and on the way home I immediately noticed a loud rotating noise that had never been there before. I called the shop and was basically told it wasn't their fault, that my bike was already in poor condition, and to just try riding it home to see if the noise went away. When I got home I saw my chain was left super loose and sagging onto the swingarm, my front wheel bearing is now failing, and the axle nut on the front wheel was completely missing. None of these things were issues before I took it in. They've been dodging my calls ever since and won't do anything to help. Now I'm stuck with a bike I can't even ride. Super disappointing that a shop that seems professional can have such dangerous and incompetent oversight that could seriously hurt myself or others. stay away at all costs. Update: After 28 days of being gas lit at every moment they finally fixed their mistake. they did want me to pay for them to fix their mistake but after twisting their arm and not giving in they fixed it for free. I was accused of taking the nut off my bike myself and blamed for the problems they caused. highly unprofessional shop and honestly for your own sanity just go to another shop. Im done with these people. no accountability. 0/10

Worst service: rude keeper-of-the-flame mentality, poor understanding from the service department…read more(perhaps because most of them were teenagers) and they never called or emailed to let me know my bike's service was finished. They looked to be put out in most of the departments if I had questions. Buy your bike anywhere but here and definitely don't get your ride serviced here.
