Just picked up my bike from B&B. Although I had to wait a week to bring it in (which tells you how much their service is in demand), they turned it around in a day. Changed out all the fluids (oil, coolant, hydrolics) so bike good as new (other than a near-dead TPMS battery I asked them to ignore). The bill for the service was reasonable considering the work that was done. If I weren't (regrettably) selling my bike, I'd bring it (or another one) in for service in the future. read more

New to Santa Rosa area; brought my 2006 American Iron Horse to repair the throttle housing. Brady and his team found some available spare parts in his shop to perform the repair without inflating the costs. The work, pricing and timely repair was surprisingly low. GREAT JOB!! Sorry to be the first reviewer to give such a low review. This used to be a very good place to go IMO. Very thorough and good service. Something has happened in the last year or so and I am not sure what, but for me this last episode was like a babysitting job; incomplete repair(s), coaching the owner regarding an expensive part purchase, no notification of changes that influence the safety of the motorcycle. That sealed the deal - I won't be going back and I called the owner and spoke with him to give him a chance to fix the situation before posting here. My 07 crf 450 was starting to lose power consistent stalling, hard to start ,no power to climb hills I used to climb when it was new.
