From the thorough, no-pressure in-home consult to the detailed estimate and contract he sent afterwards, Amin's expertise, warm personality, and responsiveness to our questions gave us the reassurance we needed to take the plunge and get started with our first remodel. My mom's house is around 30 years old. The tub/shower combo was original and started peeling in spots. The towel bar, vanity light, and other items were also original and needed to be replaced. My mom ended up doing a "full gut" and had Persi Homes replace everything, including the toilet, vanity and countertop, sink and faucet, vent fan, floor, etc. Amin answered all our questions and provided helpful suggestions during every phase of the project.
