I am treated with respect and their employees are not only friendly and proactive without being annoying they assume I do know what I'm asking for even if I may not, I applaud their team and leadership as it creates an environment that I feel excited to be in and confident I will be helped by someone who is capable of helping or honest enough to say they are not an expert in that area but will find someone who is and do some research of their own and listen in so they can learn too! Would not start again. I took it back. They said "You used bad gas." It's the same gas it had the first time I took it to you. Second time they charged me $15. I took it home. It worked a few times and then IT WOULDN"T START!!!!. I've had it with them. Also, the lady who answers the phone was not a nice person at all. I don't live in San Francisco.
