Lost my key and couldn't get inside. Gave them a call and they told me they be there in an hour and gave me the price to unlock the house door ($120). Gabe came before and they send a tracking link to follow where he's at. Gabe was extremely friendly and answered a bunch of questions kids I watch had. Ended up rekeying the place ($25/lock) and getting keys ($4/key). Quick service and they are on top of it. Super friendly which is a major plus nowadays. Recently I accidentally left the keys in trunk while loading groceries anyhow I called B&B quickly, had my mom at the dentist. It's a great to have a local Lock shop key smith... They have helped keep my house keyed the way I like it. Pad locks keyed the same as my doors, and a few other particles. What I really like is the honesty. I was looking for a special touch pad door lock. Instead of just pushing me into a lock he suggested I hit the large box home improvement store for it and they would key it the way I like it (saving me $40). I called to ask B&B about a residential safe that I had lost a key to but still had the combination. Jovon suggested I bring the safe into their store to get it opened, but unfortunately it's an over-100lb safe and would be difficult to get there. He was very upfront about their pricing including making a house call if needed, and I decided I'd try to get help to bring the safe in. But only a few hours later, Jovon called back to tell me he had looked up that model for the safe and found out he could cut a key for me based on the serial and all I'd have to do is go in for the key! Super appreciated that he went that extra step to do the research, when he could have just as easily forgotten about me only to find this out after I had lugged the safe over. I have used B&B for years and they never fail to be able to help me out. A couple of months ago I locked myself out of my house and they came quickly and got me back in within minutes of their arrival. I've stopped by to get duplicate keys made and it's always done quickly. This week I needed a key fob replacement for my son's truck because the remote part wasn't working to lock it anymore. It's a 2012, so I figured they would say the part needed to be ordered. I was wrong. They had the fob in stock and were able to come out and get it programmed the same day. This business was the only one of five places that I called that actually answered the phone. I told them my problem and they sent someone over immediately to help me out. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and the locksmith opened my door in less then one. Pretty impressive! I think the price was also pretty fair. Omg! I love this place!!! I was sent over by Gabriel's Auto down the street on Central. They highly recommended B and B, glad I listened! The remote for my car needed a replacement, the unlock button stopped working. I showed up and Chris was able to help me immediately, not only was he able to help me right away but he also let me know I didn't need a new remote! All he did was open it, clean out dirt with a pencil eraser and said he couldn't charge me for something that easy then showed me I had an auto-start I didn't even know I had on my remote lol! My thought was, "Holy crap, really?!" He had the perfect opportunity to take advantage to sell me a new remote but didn't. He chose honesty and integrity, which I will always value. This place can duplicate anything!! It's almost a witchcraft crazy!! And I've been helped by Chris not only once, but three times for duplicating two for my '14 Subaru WRX hatchback and one for '12 Toyota Sienna. For my WRX, I lost both my car remote and key so I only had one original key with no remote fob whatsoever. I got the right original OEM Fob from eBay no problem. But for the key, sometimes you have to be lucky if you purchase from eBay. When I first got the car three years ago they only gave me 1 orig key and a keyfob. So i bought a duplicate key from eBay for $10. Had to go to dealer to program for a fortune (at least $150 to do) and went somewhere else to cut the key coz the dealer can't cut, and most locksmith can't program! So i spent about $200 to get one duplicate key. So i know how hard it is to get these keys duplicated and so much hassle to do so. When i found this place they can actually do both, cut the key and program for a fraction of the price. I tried to get a duplicate key again on ebay for $15, but unfortunately that key didn't work when we tried to program it, but my fob remote worked. So i know it was the key and not the computer that didn't work. Went back to dealer to ask to order orig key and they said it's $300 without the programming (another $150), so i said forget it. Finally i found my orig key online from this place gillmansubarunorth.com to get my orig key for $50. That place is awesome too. So i went back to B&B again today and got it done for less than 10 minutes for my WRX. Everything for so much less than $200. So it was super awesome that I don't have to worry about duplicating again coz i will definitely will keep coming back to this place. And yeah for the Sienna it was super easy, found everything on ebay and they're cheap and then worked right away after the programming. So it wasn't worth mentioning so much like the WRX. So for all my subie brothers and sisters, now you know where to go to get your keys done! Ask for Chris, too. He's awesome and always looks awesome w his longass beard!! Thank you Chris!! read more
