After wading through a bunch of locksmith's who could not provide the service I needed, I was fortunate to find B & B Lock & Security. Chris and team possessed the necessary knowledge and skills to repair my damaged French door lock. It can be said they are French door lock experts. They were not your run of the mill locksmith key duplicator. They knew how and were able to manufacture a metal sleeve to repair the locking knob on my door. They also repaired a broken lock. Had it not been for their knowledge and skills, my French door lock would still be broken. My only recourse would be to buy a new French door set since everything is integrated. Bad Blood. I went to B&B Locksmith to 2 key fobs calibrated for my 2010 Dodge Caravan. I had the original key. They looked it over and we agreed on a price of approximately 85.00. The key technician spent some time on the job and told me my keys were bad and offered to sell me keys at a much higher price. I said no thanks but was still committed to pay the 85.00. One year later I had a locksmith come to my home to install double deadbolts. I told him the B&B story. He asked if I still had the keys. Yes I did. Long story short. He used a similar device and calibrated both keys to my van in less than 10 minutes. Happy ending. He did it for free. B&B is either lazy or incompetent. I do not recommend doing business with B&B. There are better locksmith businesses out there read more

Before the review, I just want to note that I appreciate B&B's stance on wearing a mask and social distancing during a pandemic. Integrity at its finest! We came here looking for a quick fix as my wife's key fob for her 2014 Dodge Dart had *almost* stopped working completely.. The only button that was still functional before we came here was the trunk button. The lock/unlock buttons had absolutely no response. I had called B&B 2 days prior to further understand what the problem may have been with the key fob. Christ explained to me that the small buttons which should be hitting the circuit board in the key fob were probably just misplaced/had lost their adhesive. We arrived at the store, and he showed us right at the counter that the buttons were indeed out of place. After cleaning up the circuit board and key fob case, he was able to re-apply these buttons within a couple minutes and presto! Key fob is working again! Chris was upfront and honest with us about the process, why this happened, and how we can do the fix ourselves in the future should it occur again. Before you go to any other locksmith (or dealership), give B&B a call or stop on by! I promise you won't regret it! Thanks again guys! read more
