Get story in perspective: Sister-in-law is care giver for husband. Home was designed by him 45 years ago. Like us things fail , like our home furnace's. He said you really need to fix the furnace. The gas company had already turned off the gas to the unit in fear of a serious problem resulting. He wasn't allowed to turn it back on and said she had to have another furnace. We got wind of the entire situation here in Tulsa. OK, and reached out to Smart Air management. I was instructed to contact their individual in the field. After explaining who I was, he was very very helpful in working with me in getting a new furnace ordered and installed TODAY! Young mans name is Pete! I'll be forever appreciative of his professionalism. He handling all my calls and did exactly what was needed. Less than 24 hours after contacting Smart Air, they installed the furnace complete.
