My Stihl blower would not start. B&B got to the root of the problem and remedied the issue on the spot.

We were at B&B to look at chairsaws. The price was right and the service was quick and easy. No up sell, no fuzz, just the way we like it.

We'll stocked, polite knowledgeable staff. Better than driving to Campbell and best service.

These guys are great. Best place for buying new quality equipment, and getting it fixed after you've worn it out.

Lowell seems to know everything there is to know about chainsaws and other outdoor tools, and in addition to quickly helping me figure out exactly what parts I needed for my saw, he went over more than 20 minutes of hard-to-find instruction, expertise and advice, answering questions on using the saw, training on how sharpening a blade REALLY works, and other important care and maintenance. He refuses to charge for this priceless info (I tried), which in my opinion is far beyond what you could find online or in a Youtube video. In my opinion, Webb's is one of those places Yelp was built to help point out!

I love taking my equipment in getting it repaired. I just feel like they do a great job. The place is always interesting. You drive up a long drive and pass by the organic gardening plots and then turn to the left and go up to the main building. The little shop has a number of things going for it. They carry Husqvarna equipment including chain saws, tree climbing apparel, lawn mowers, weed whackers, and other tools. It's fun just to poke around and take it all in. If you take the time to chat, Lowell always has good information to share. Scott works there now too and he's a journeyman machinist turned Webb's Farm repair guy. That means he can repair virtually anything! I just love the feel of this place. I know it won't be around forever, so I plan to take advantage of it for as long as I can.

The Great Pumpkin Patch is a cute local patch in Soquel with lots of activities. It looks like it…read morehas more things for little kids, like preschooler age (ie, cow train), but then there are activities like the pumpkin slingshot and some BB gun thing! The only downside, and I think it's a big one, is the cost. Right when you walk in, they hand you a waiver form to sign, then it's a $4 entrance fee. THEN it costs money for any of the activities! If you are bringing your kids, you'd want to probably do a couple activities and buy a couple pumpkins. You can easily spend $100 here. That seems ridiculous to me, especially when there are so many other patches here and many don't ask for that much money. I'm all for small businesses making a profit, but it has to make sense because we are families trying to make a living too. The petting zoo was what my child and I were there for, and I felt that was poorly managed unfortunately. There were wonderful animals in there (little bunnies, little pigs, ducks, goats), but there was no time limit and the staffer didn't watch the people when they were with the animals. The 2 families who went before us were in the petting zoo for extended amounts of time (one was inside for 30 MINUTES!) and the youngest child was very rough with the small animals as well as chasing them. They refused to leave, even though they saw we had been waiting for so long and the staffer said nothing. The family left only when the small animals hid from them (ie, went inside the little house, hid under the table, hid behind the staffer). By the time we went in the petting zoo, the animals were "done". They had just been roughly handled and chased, so now they were hiding. We just paid $12 to pet goats and sheep. I would like to see The Great Pumpkin Patch succeed. I hope they'll be around for a long time. I just think the business model needs to be fine tuned a little, and the staff needs to be trained a little (like teach the ones who work the petting zoo to tell people to be gentle with the animals, or to have a 15 min time limit when there are others waiting).

First of all the place is very organized and the people are lovely to work with very polite, kind…read moreand helping with children. The animals are well taken care of everything is clean. It was a very happy place for me to take two boys that were full of energy and we're not lost for anything to do for at least an hour and a half. We even stayed and had a picnic lunch. As we were leaving, Eringave us some soft pumpkins so that we could open them up and look at the seeds inside, we also got some corn to take back home and use for a discovery table .. I was a especially happy to learn a new word for the stem of the pumpkin. You'll have to go there to find out what that special word is.
