My car lost a driver's tire today, and B & D Towing quickly came, using a flatbed truck to safely get it in our driveway just now. The tow truck driver was kind to try to even get it into our driveway, as the dispatcher thought it could not be done. read more

This place is trash scary and unprofessional. Left work to get here when they open which apparently is 9AM... was really hard to find the hours and when I called the number on the office door the guy was rude and laughed when I asked if someone could get here sooner. read more

These guys towed my car back in 2004 from an apartment complex because I had parked where they like to dump snow. I didn't know it at first because they never reported it to North Royalton PD either, so I had to report it stolen before finding out. When I finally got to where the car was they said they towed it because it had a leaking gas tank and it was a hazard. Upon further investigation I had a full tank of gas and a broken front bumper from them towing it too high. I was told to be happy I was getting it back and intimidated into just paying them. I was in a valid parking spot and there was nothing wrong with my car except it was where they liked to dump snow. If you can avoid dealing with these people, please do. read more

Really messed up how I get in an accident that isn't my fault, they tow the car which I had no power over, they won't let me get my belongings out of the car, they're rude, unhelpful, and just want to yell and take as much money from you as possible. They really like to take advantage of terrible circumstances. read more

Rip-off artists. They were called by the NR police to tow our car which had been hit. Instead of taking it to a nearby repair shop as we requested, they took it to their lot and then took it to our repair shop the next day and then handed our repair shop a bill for $185 (to tow about 5-10 miles) because they "had" to double-handle our car. It was their decision to double-handle our car, but they wanted to jack up the fees. Not to be trusted. When I complained, their response was "that's just the way it is." read more
